Do you like working with private investors?  Alastair used his property sourcing skills to start a 7-figure revenue business, and he’s sharing his advice on how to become a property entrepreneur in this interview. Alastair went the traditional route of college & Uni before then joining the police force for 5 years, but he quickly realised there was a huge unmet demand for social media & videography services within the property industry. It was around this time that his mindset completely changed and his limiting beliefs were broken about what it took to get into property. This led him to start a R2R sourcing business. 2 years in, he’s now pivoted into developments and is in the process of scaling his business to meet this high demand of luxury HMO shared accommodation. Today, we’ll hear Alastair’s advice on how to get into property with no money from scratch. We’ll find out how he packages deals for investors for £35,000 per property, how he finds houses, and what size house works best for his business model. One secret of Aliastair’s success is his ability to quickly grow a client base and have a consistent pipeline of deals coming through. Thanks to that early success, Alastair is now teaching others how they can repeat his business model for themselves.
