#UnderdogBites: Stop Overthinking, Start Problem Solving with Jayson Waller
Today on the show John LeBlanc is back and interviews Jayson about why you need to stop overthinking your problems, and start quickly making decisions, to solve them! Jayson talks about how he hates the phrase "what if" and how it means that you are looking backwards, when you should be trying to fix the problems that are at hand right now. It's important to think of yourself last in business decisions, first think about how this will affect your brand and your team, then about how it will affect you. When making important decisions, Jayson thinks about how it will impact right now, tomorrow and 6 months from now. Thinking any further down the road than that will allow you to start overthinking the problem at hand. Follow the facts, make an informed decision, but ultimately following your gut will help you make quick decisions. Don't try to make the right decisions, take action and move forward from there!
