Arian currently holds the position of coordinator of the Men’s Resource Center (MRC) at the University of Oregon, one of the first and only campus resource centers of its kind. Dr. Mobasser's doctoral research was focused on well-being during the transition from childhood to adulthood and called the Freshmen Project.
