In this episode, I tell a story about this really large dude sitting next to me on a recent flight. I think you guys are going to possibly squirm with a little discomfort as you hear about my exchange with him.   As women, I think contrary to the common belief that we’re the ones who love to talk about all things touchy feel-y...clear assertive communication isn’t often our strong suit. Especially when we need to speak up for ourselves. This is an important convo for all of us to have because as the “pack leaders” of our families, it’s very important that we learn how to communicate and lead effectively. It helps our kids feel safe in the world.
