From a tough childhood (to say the least) to drug running to being radically saved and changing his life, Ron embodies what it looks like to be on mission everywhere he goes.  Ron is the Founder and Executive Director of Sponsored by Grace, a ministry that exists to empower children and families by sharing the Gospel, connecting them to a local faith family, and meeting their physical needs, along with Grounds of Grace, a local coffee company that serves to support the mission and vision of Sponsored by Grace. In summary, Ron is moving mountains in the city of Jacksonville by walking out what God has called him to do. Season 3 is coming to an end and there felt like no better way to close it out than with this special conversation with my very own parents. What can I say about Dr. Asher other than his relationship with Jesus is what we should all strive for. He has tasted “success” by the world’s standard and through his 15+ year journey with cancer, he has truly found the secret of being content.
