S2 E18 -Full Flight Fullbacks
In the last episode of 2016, Tom and Dan are joined by Sean Walsh to discuss the wins over Hull and Burnley that bring this calendar year at White Hart Lane to a close. The tactical switches in defence are analysed, and we wonder if a three-man defence is the what the future holds. Sissoko's surprising but fruitful return to the team is also mulled over like a good wine, as well as the performance of Harry Winks, the persistent problems with Dembele, the form of Dele Alli and the returning old boys of Hull. All of this, though, is secondary to our gushing over our fabulous full backs Kyle Walker and Danny Rose. Is there anyone better in the league right now? How important is it that we find a system that gets the best out of them, and are their understudies now so far behind that we urgently need upgrades? All of this plus a quick Southampton and Watford preview, and an in-depth look at the squad Christmas party fancy dress photo. Thanks for being with us in 2016. Merry Christmas. COYS.

S2 E17 - December Dan
Just Tom and and a very morose 'December' Dan this week, so it's an El Classico pod lineup to discuss another disappointing week at Spurs. We quickly remember that we also played CSKA and give our largely pointless reviews of a largely pointless game, before going onto the more pressing matter of the 1-0 loss at Old Trafford on Sunday. Where did the all the belief from the Swansea and CSKA performances go? We talk Kane, Dembele, Rose and Eriksen specifically, but it's the overall mentality that we're most worried about. How do we collectively get over this final hurdle, the biggest hurdle of Pochettino's tenure, of beating these big sides away from home? Is it a simple case of experience, or just personnel? We also take a look at the Europa League draw from Monday morning which sees us face AA Gent in February, the wavering form of Dele Alli since the tail end of last season, and pick ourselves up for a Hull and Burnley double header preview, games which now feel vital to our entire season. Keep the faith. COYS.

S2 E16 - Battered Swan
Dan and Tom are joined by pod regular Oly Lister to discuss all things Spurs, including Dan's meeting with Ledley King and the weekend dismantling of Swansea, including Dele Alli's blatant dive. Are we happy with this sort of thing, or didn't it matter in the long run? We discuss the form of Kane, Eriksen and Dembele, as well as the return of a familiar 4-2-3-1 formation. We discuss the midweek Europa League playoff with CSKA and the underwhelming Champions League campaign, and the effects it might have on the weekend showdown with Man United. Who is under more pressure in this game, and where does that leave us? Can we knock United out of Champions League contention? Why does Dan love Mourinho? Why is Oly so confident? Why can't Tom argue a simple point? Answers within. COYS.

S2 E15 - Bottling the Bridge
This week, Dan and Rich Arrowsmith return to Tom's side along with Dan's ESPN (and Chelsea supporting) colleague Liam Twomey to discuss a damaging and depressing week at Tottenham. First, the bones of Monaco are picked over, including a baffling defensive line up and it's subsequent likely impact on our European adventures this season. Will we be embarrassed to be Europa League football at Wembley? We move on to Chelsea, and the very 90's feel it had once we'd surrendered our first half lead. Is this indicative of something more worrying at Spurs, or have we just played the best teams at the worst time? All of this leads to the enigmatic Moussa Sissoko, who Pochettino has publicly thrown under his bus. Is it too early to suggest he might never play for us again? Liam tells us what it's like being a Chelsea supporter when your club is in negotiations with Daniel Levy, we wonder what impact Paul Mitchell's departure has had on recruitment, a Swansea preview is completely passed over, and we run through our 10 most expensive signings. It isn't pretty. Nor is the ending, which was chopped off for some reason. Sorry. COYS.

S2 E14 - It's Happened Again
This week, Dan is off in Monaco so Tom speaks to Adam Nathan and Phil (@singlemaltsuds) about the glorious de-panting of West Ham in the London Derby. We wonder what West Ham fans think 'happened again' means, why they seem to exist purely to make us feel better, and whether Harry Kane will ever stop scoring against teams from the Capital. We also discuss the brilliant debut of Harry Winks and where he fits in long-term. It's not all roses though, as the skewed formation that simply didn't work for 88 minutes is picked apart piece by piece, including Janssen's inclusion and Son being benched. Dan gives us a brief but sexy update from France, including injury news on big players, and we discuss the Monaco and Chelsea double-header that could define our season already. Is this about revenge? Who on earth is going to play left back? And how many yellows would you like Dier to get this time? #JeSuisSpurs

S02 E13 - Dr Dembele
This week, Tom and Dan are joined by Tom Allnutt of both the Press Association and Spurs fandom to discuss the vastly improved performance in the North London Derby, having played out an absolute shocker in midweek in the Champions League against Leverkusen. Dan and Tom discuss the differences in watching your club play a major derby from both a press box and a pub table, and which they prefer. The switch in tactics are discussed, is it drastically different to the norm? How much did it contribute to us dominating the ball against Arsenal? Who are the winners and losers of the formation, and will we see it again? The performances of Dembele, Son, Eriksen and Rose are touched on, before we revel in the glory of Harry Kane's goal scoring return. The squad has had some injuries of late, so we pick over why that might be, especially considering we had almost none last year, and we talk about Jan Vertonghen's perhaps understated place within the club. COYS.

S2, E12 - Derby Day Doubts?
This week, Dan and Tom are joined by Squawka's Chief Football Reporter Greg Stobart, here in his dual capacity as journalist and Spurs fan in North London Derby week. We spend the first 20 minutes discussing Greg's recent reports on the stadium naming rights, plus how stats stack up against what you actually see in front of you. We move on to Liverpool and how Pochettino couldn't possibly care less about the EFL Cup, and then Leicester, against whom we continued to struggle turning chances into goals. Is it just a case of missing Kane? How much of an effect is the poor form of Eriksen having? All this, plus Leverkusen and Arsenal previews, which we approach with trepidation but defiance. Who is likely to be back, and who won't make it? Dan and Greg give us the insider knowledge. Could the Arsenal game be the game to ignite us.....? COYS.

S2, E11 - Post Truth World
This week, Dan returns to Tom's side and they welcome back Cath and Rosa to discuss two 0-0 draws in a week. We discuss Sissoko's ban, the lack of Kane on the Ballon d'Or shortlist, and Dan talks about his questionable bar choices in Leverkusen before going on the game itself. Were we fortunate to get a point, or should we have demanded more? Of course, Lloris' save is high on the bill as well. We move onto Bournemouth and a frustrating afternoon which saw us struggle to create chances and wonder whether Poch got his subs wrong. We preview the EFL Cup tie at Liverpool with a little pop quiz, and let all our hate for Leicester flow for the first time since they chanced their way to a title last season. It's fair to say Cath and Rosa have very little time for the 'fairy tale'. And, to be fair, so do we. COYS.

S2, E10 - Party Pooper Pulis
This week, Dan is away in Germany so Tom sails the ship alone again, welcoming back pod regulars Oly and Jim to discuss the weekend draw with West Bromwich Albion. Is our poor record against them becoming a bit of a hoodoo? We discuss the slightly sub-par performances of Lamela and Sissoko, the not-yet-worrying form of Vincent Janssen in front of goal, and the impact of Alderweireld's injury. Dan gives us a very brief update from Germany where he is covering the game for ESPN, and the guys back in England discuss our chances out there. Will we see Son return? Who comes in at centre back to partner Jan? All this plus a preview of the trip to Bournemouth early on Saturday, and the usual nonsense that listener questions brings. COYS.

S2, E9 - Pep Talk
It's an El Classico this week, with Dan returning from Russia to join Tom and discuss his event-free trip to watch the win against CSKA. How impressive a win was it in their brand new stadium, considering so many of our first team were out injured? All of this, of course, is just putting off what we really want to talk about: the absolute rinsing of Man City on Sunday. Three wins in a row against the Champions elect, how seriously can we start taking our title aspirations? Son proves his worth against the best in the league, our defence is unpenetrable and we've got a manager who can out-Pep Pep. It's all looking up. All this plus what we'd do without Spurs, and Dan becomes Frank Underwood. COYS.
