The BEST Compliment I have ever received..

In a recent CSM training, I received what might be the best compliment I have ever received in my life. I was compared to Randy Pausch. At the time I had no idea who this guy was so my reply was simply thank you. Once I figured out who this guy was and did some research I began to cry. I do not know that any better compliment could have been given. He is a wealth of wisdom and a pillar of all things good... Not to mention he was a Disney Imagineer! His presentation had MANY quotes that moved me as a coach and trainer: We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted. And experience is often the most valuable thing you have to offer.Never lose the childlike wonder. Show gratitude... Don't complain; just work harder... Never give up.I don't know how to not have fun. I'm dying and I'm having fun, and I'm going to keep having fun every day I've got left. The brick walls are there for a reason. They're not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. If I only had three words of advice, they would be, Tell the Truth. If got three more words, I'd add, all the time.See for yourself:     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo
