IFS Meditation: Sealing Light with Bob Falconer

Adapted from William Baldwin. Bob says "This meditation was developed as a way for people to protect themselves from what Baldwin called Negative Energies. I believe it’s more effective than creating a boundary or a wall. Protectors tend to attract what they fear the most, and walls tend to do that, too. If you practice this meditation often, it can become a tool to quickly protect you from the energies you’re dealing with, however the very best protection is not being afraid, and this meditation can help us with that." Bob Falconer has worked with, taught, and consulted on IFS for over 14 years. He's recently published his latest book: The Others Within Us: Internal Family Systems, Porous Mind, and Spiritual Possession - on unattached burdens and guides.
