The Difference Between Your Gym's Brand + Your Personal Brand
As the founders of our microgyms, our personality and individual brand is entrenched in the brand of our business.
But as we grow and more people start making up the DNA + personality of our microgym, we need to seriously evaluate the difference between our own brand voice and that of our microgym.

Mike Arce x Loud Rumor
You may have heard of Mike Arce. He's boys with the likes of Billy Gene, Alex Hormozi and a ton of other well established people within the marketing/advertising scene - especially those that sit in the fitness niche.
While what Mike does - helps gym and studio owners advertise + generate leads - is certainly not unique in today's Facebook feed, he creates content in a way that is truly unique and captivating....especially if you're a sports fan.

Don't Be A Martyr With Your Holiday Schedule
I don't give a shit if you're open for business on Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve or News Years Day...
What I do give a shit about is the microgym owner facing burnout or claiming that they are trying to grow a business that can be ran by someone else - and yet, they still perform these immature scheduling practices around the holidays

Your Programming + How It Relates To Your Brand
You provide a workout solution. Everyone does that.
The WHAT is not special.
But HOW you do it...and ultimately the WHY behind why you do it that way will be differentiators between your brand being just another gym in the crowd vs. really standing out.

Evan Bartus x TRIIB
I apologize for my dogshit audio...but hey, I suck at this.
Good thing Evan is smart dude and carried the conversation and will be a huge resource as one of our partners at the SELF MADE SUMMIT.
Evan Bartus is the Director of Marketing for TRIIB, a complete member management solution for your microgym. We jam on the different changes that will need to be made in your back office if/when you decide to rebrand. We also deep dive into the client acquisition funnel that is used by Alchemy 365 and how the human interaction part at the top of the funnel is completely underplayed by most microgyms.
If you don't have your tickets for the SELF MADE SUMMIT yet - get em' soon!

Markus Gerszi x Gym Wright
I got to meet Markus in person for the first time at the 3rd annual Iron + Mortar Summit this past year.
What an amazing dude - smart as hell and comes with the same abundance mindset that I have in regards to other business coaches in this microgym space.
So we kept in touch and I definitely wanted to have him on the podcast so we can riff back and forth on all things microgym related. Enjoy.

Microgyms + Department Stores
Here’s an analogy I pulled out of my ass to discuss the marketing vs branding paradigm and how the globo gym market is becoming irrelevant.

John Briggs x Rebranding? Get Your Money Right
I've got John Briggs, owner of Incite Tax and author of his upcoming book - Profit First for Microgyms - coming out to the SELF MADE SUMMIT on October 19th/20th.
John is also a microgym owner and his firm handles the finances of hundreds of microgyms around the country.
But where I really see Johns expertise coming to play at the SELF MADE SUMMIT is by helping gym owners understand that rebranding is not going to fix their cash flow instantly. It's expensive and there needs to be money set aside of the things you don't think of.
