This lesson is a real-life coaching call I have with a young soon-to-be father named James Metcalf Jr.In episode 37, I spoke with James about starting his own business and he recently reached out to me with some struggles he's been having.We often hear people say "Just take action" but just taking action won't get you the results you want unless it's the right kind of action.
