Jerry has an update to a story from last year that got a lot of reaction. A man with a service dog was physically dragged out of a restaurant by the owners sons.  The video of the incident went viral and it resulted in criminal charges, but a deal was cut that saw the charges withdrawn.  Who is that best for?  PLUS Does the Canadian Military need to be first responders when it comes to disasters like Hurricane Fiona?  A former national security adviser says no.
