"We feel like 16 is the minimum age that you should consider adding social media into their lives. I think we probably remember that old saying, 'Which is stronger the flesh or the spirit?' The answer is the one you feed the most. If you want your kids to be spiritually strong, you have to give them time to grow into that," Sarah advised.
