It takes 1000 hours to master something. Mastering a skill or trade does not happen overnight. It takes time and hours of practice. If you want it bad enough to get up and do it at 5 AM...you want it bad enough. Have you ever had that one goal or dream that you tell yourself every day you are going to do but then time and time again never gets completed? So many times in life we say we want something, but our actions don't correlate with them. We say we are going to wake up at 5 AM to do it but if we don't get up, how bad do we REALLY want it? In today's episode, I'm talking about setting and releasing the goals you make in your life and business. It's super important because if you want something bad enough, you will wake up at 5 AM and do it. You will start that activity or project before anything else begins in your day. However, sometimes we don't want it as bad as we think we do and that's ok. It's ok to let go of a goal or a dream you had. OWN IT! Be ok with it.
