In Australia the current age to sign up to social media platforms is 13 years old, but research suggests that is too young and that social media is actually rewiring kids brains to become more anxious, contributing to an epidemic of mental illness.  In this episode of The Quicky, we discuss the 36 Month Movement with it's spokesperson and co-founder Nova's Michael 'Wippa' Whipfli about why he wants to increase the age of social media sign up from 13 to 16 and what difference that could have on kids mental health.
