The federal government has announced the biggest reforms for smokers in over a decade - declaring war on the e-cigarette industry. The reforms will restrict vape sellers and the publics access to vaping by banning all non-prescription vapes.  Health Minister, Mark Butler said that vaping has become "the number one behavioural issue in high schools." When Queen Elizabeth passed away last year, her first son, Charles, was immediately elevated from The Prince of Wales to The King. When 23 year old Bella Fidler went on a girls trip to Bali last December, she thought everything would be fine. They'd lay by the pool, drink cocktails & make memories to last a lifetime.  But instead, when they flew home, Bella and her friends had no idea about the unwelcome stowaway coming back with them.
