Over 90% of Australians have a smart phone. And more often than not, they seem to be stuck to our hot little hands, meaning we can be contacted by anyone at anytime, including by our bosses outside of working hours. 11 Days Ago, Ballarat woman Samantha Murphy went out for a jog and never came home.  There's been CCTV footage looked at, extensive search parties through local bushland and endless pleas for any information and yesterday police ruled the disappearance as suspicious.  In this episode, we speak with a local Ballarat woman who shares many of the same running routes as Samantha about how the community is feeling, and how the women are banding together to watch each other's backs.  To read Shona's article click here. Have you been on TikTok lately and noticed a lot of videos are now silent? We often think about how the kids and parents are coping in those first few days and weeks of school, but what about those who've been back in the classroom way before the students? Teachers have been busy getting the classroom ready for the new influx of faces, learning the names of 30 to 100 children to make sure they don't feel alone in their education experience, sometimes taking money out of their own pockets to ensure those in schools with less funding, have the ability to at least write on something or with something.
