EFR 425: Frequency Therapy, Free Radical Prevention, and the Health Benefits of Structured Water with Juraj Kocar

With the humongous growth of technology and our constant need for a better lifestyle, we've failed to consider the dangers that lurk behind. You'd be surprised to know that though 5G provides a faster alternative to crawling data services, it is causing a huge exponential increase to your EMF exposure. How do you then adapt to changing times and opt for quality choices? Our guest today knows just how to tune your choices to suit the best. Join Chase on the episode as he interviews Juraj Kocar, CEO at Somavedic Technologies. Somavedic is his dream project for a functional and broadly accessible frequency therapy device meant to harmonize the negative effects of EMF (electromagnetic radiation from cell phones, wifi's, etc). If that sounds interesting, know also that Juraj has tips for aiding your hydration with 'quality' water. Yes. You get to learn today the two kinds of water- structured and unstructured and how the quality of water you consume can enormously affect your body's hydration. The strength of the EMF around us is a billion times higher than it was years ago. Equally intimidating is the fact that our heart and the brain are most vulnerable to its dangers. Not just humans, other beings are equally affected- do you know that plants do not grow when kept in an area where WiFi or such radiations are present? If the negative impacts of exposing ourselves to wireless radiation is this big, why do companies continue to scale and expand the levels of these? How do we hook ourselves out of the negative catch of technology and how can we create a healthier alternative to those? Tune in for an insightful conversation and get yourself matchless words of wisdom from the wonderful entrepreneur guest. In a nutshell, this episode would help you make better choices for a healthier living! Follow Somavedic @somavedic_international Follow Chase @chase_chewning Key Highlights 5G has not replaced the old 3G/4G. It has another bandwidth and operates at higher frequencies. This also means it needs more towers to operate- increasing our exposure to radiations! Know what wireless transmission has done to our water bodies. Apart from affecting our hearts and brains, these radiations also cause tiredness, lower our immunity and cause fertility loss in men. Learn all about structured and unstructured water and how unstructured water is converted into structured water. How does EMF act internally? It causes the calcium outside our cells to penetrate into the cell, leading to stress. Learn how Somavedic is helping mitigate the harms of EMF. Learn how to choose quality over quantity- be it hydration or sleep. EFR 424: Becoming a Heart-Centered Nutrition Coach Through Trigger Mapping with Laura Poburan

In this episode of Ever Forward Radio, Chase speaks with Laura Poburan on why her role as a mentor in the health and wellness space is more relevant in 2020 than it has ever been. After all, people around the world have been forced to reevaluate their priorities throughout the last several months. On nutrition coaching clients, Laura says, "They're looking for something so much deeper now. They've been forced to look at their lives in a new way. They've been forced to take account of everything in their life that they aren't happy about—everything in life that they're using food to cope with. They're ready for a deeper transformation. They're ready to change who they are as people; not just continue to chase the same arbitrary goals year after year after year." Laura views nutrition coaching as a vehicle to access different parts of her clients' lives—to show them that nutrition is just one small aspect, but one that they can use as a foundation for more powerful, holistic change. She calls our eating patterns "the vehicle into our subconscious" which allows us to see where we are falling into disempowering patterns where we are covering up, or numbing, the things in our lives that we are not happy with. Oftentimes, we use food to do just that, if only because food is so accessible. As the saying goes: A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still. This year has placed limiting beliefs on many, or even reinforced limiting beliefs that they already had going into 2020. As much as nutrition coaches may want to swoop in and impose their own beliefs on their clients, they'll quickly find that this approach will backfire. Powerful coaches don't come in to "fix" their clients. Instead, they look to step back and ask questions that raise their clients' awareness until they are finally ready to receive their lessons. It is only when what you have to say is meaningful to a person that they will act on it. Key Highlights Laura shares why "stepping into my zone of genius and creating more space in my life" is her resolution in 2021. 2020 has proven that nutrition coaches need to go beyond their clients' eating habits and toward their core values as individuals. Laura describes how she utilizes "trigger mapping" to uncover how her clients view the world and therefore know how to help them undergo a transformation around how they view food. The coach-client dynamic has also shifted drastically this past year. Laura shares how she had to adapt to challenges to meet the needs of her clients. Effective coaches drop their ego in order to allow their clients to discover their own issues. The importance of empathy and selfless communication are fleshed out. Laura explains her process for helping coaches define their vision-mission and values and in turn establish an effective approach to guiding their clients to reach their goals. Laura talks about how striving for alignment of the tiniest things is her key to living a life ever forward. EFR 423: Lead During Chaos Like a Navy SEAL and the 5 Pillars of Success with Thom Shea

Today Chase speaks with Chief Special Warfare Operator Thomas Shea, who discusses his new book Three Simple Things: Leading During Chaos. He draws a parallel between success as an author to success in the military—or, really, success in any endeavor. He refers to this common thread as the monotony of "doing a lot of stupid, simple things that nobody else is willing to do" each and every day "The road to success", he says, is "boring"; otherwise, it would not be so elusive to most. Chase and Thom break the lessons of the book down to the five pillars of health, wealth, relationships, learning, and spirituality. A particular emphasis is put on the spiritual only because it is a rare thing to hear someone in the military discuss this often overlooked dimension of life. In fact, he notes that life begins and ends with the spiritual and refers to our very being as our vessel for making anything that we want to happen, happen. Thom also spends a considerable amount of time speaking on the paramount importance of relationships and how everything simply falls apart without them. Your physical health, your ability to learn, and your financial situation will suffer when your relationship with someone close to you such as your spouse is in dire straits. Thom mentions that he would even kick out members of his SEAL team if he found out that their spouse was cheating on them. "They would get us killed," he says about those SEALS experiencing the mental and emotional pitfalls of a damaged relationship. The theme of the monotony of success continues to run through Thom's best practices for maximizing your health, wealth, and learning capacities. Progress in these areas requires a commitment from you to do the smallest of action steps every single day; nothing more, nothing less. "If you realize it's stale," says Thom, "you're gonna win." Key Highlights Chase and Thom share their thoughts on the "monotony of success" and how anyone can discipline themselves (if they decide to) to endure the day-by-day tasks that will eventually bring their goals to fruition. Thom says that spirituality is "your ability to make ripples across time, space, and distance." He explains how to use your five senses to activate your spiritual awareness, as well as why he advocates that everyone brush their skin every morning and evening. Thom goes into why the physical, intellectual, and wealth factors of life cannot exist together without relationships. The three ways to learn Learn something new Get better at something that you've already learned Let yourself dream - Thom dives deep into these three ways and why he describes dreaming as "strategic learning". Asked about the final pillar, wealth, Thom goes into how the other four columns play a role into how much (or how little) compensation you receive in the pursuit of what you value. Thom hearkens back to the SEALs' saying that "the only easy day was yesterday" as he explains how he lives a life ever forward. EFR 422: Fit2Fat2Forty: Gaining Over 60 Pounds On Purpose and How Important Empathy is for Weight Loss with Drew Manning

In this episode of Ever Forward Radio, Chase speaks with Drew Manning on his second iteration of Fit2Fat2Fit. Drew embarked on another Fit2Fat2Fit journey in 2020, nine years after his first run back in 2011. He shares how humbled he was during that first experiment and how it nurtured in him something that motivated him to take on this journey one more time: empathy. "Empathy is something that is lacking in the fitness industry," he says. "But this world lacks empathy as well." With all the divisiveness that took place in 2020, Drew thought the time was ripe to relive Fit2Fat2Fit, not just to shine an inspiring light in the midst of all the chaos this year has brought, but also because there are even more opportunities on social media to get eyes on the project now compared to nine years ago. "Sometimes, I think it takes something crazy to catch people's attention and motivate them in a different and unique way that they haven't ever experienced before." Drew's ultimate goal is to bring more empathy to the industry and to society as a whole. He says: "I feel like doing it a second time can really disrupt the industry by showing that it's more of a mental and emotional journey for people who struggle with weight loss." Key Highlights Drew explains how he prepared his family, mentally and emotionally, for his 2020 Fit2Fat2Fit journey, and why this second run is harder than the first. With the intention of making this journey more educational the second time around, Drew decided to regularly track his biomarkers (ex. heart rate, blood sugar, etc.). He goes into the thought process behind his decision. It was obviously much riskier in 2020 for Drew to let himself become as unhealthy as he let himself be. He shares how he set safety precautions for himself amid COVID season. Why did Drew decide on this particular outlandish, risky gesture as his vehicle for disrupting the fitness industry? Drew's advice for someone who is unhealthy to take their first step in the right direction. In this episode, Robyn Downs discusses some of the most important actions we can take to start feeling good. "When you feel good you can do the things that really matter in your life and then impact the world." – Robyn Downs You will also learn about habit changing and the reasons why is easier to change ourselves than to expect different outcomes, how you can set goals for the next year in a more sustainable and attainable way (that actually works), and what are the 3 non-changing brain patterns that we need to be aware of in order to uncomplicate life and instigate success.
