Gregory Jones, the President and CEO of Jones Global Holdings, is well known within Electronics, Information Technology, Broadcasting, Real Estate (Commercial Investing) and FinTech spaces. Specifically his work is more known than his conversational name. This detail has been for decades intentional and by design. The following details make it obvious as to the reasons why.  UNITED STATES MILITARY Mr. Jones has been involved with Electronics since the age of 5 yrs old. At age 5 Mr. Jones was building radios with his Father who was a Legendary Industrial Arts Teacher. At age 11 Mr. Jones was could design Audio Circuits. Upon entering the U.S. Air Force, his Electronic Aptitude Scores were through the roof. He went into the highly technical field of Avionic Electronics with a focus on Auto Pilot and Instrument Systems. Immediately after completing technical training, because of Mr. Jones’ electronics scores, he was approached by Air Force Officials ask if he would like to be a part of the highly secretive U.S. Air Force’s STEALTH Program. He said “Yes,” and the rest is now success history and still paying dividends for Mr. Jones to this very day.  UNITED STATES TREASURY DEPARTMENT After leaving the Air Force, Mr. Jones entered the U.S. Treasury Department as a Senior Network Operations Center Engineer. 100’s of Millions of Dollars are spent to teach STEALTH Program Members how to “Think Differently”, “Outside-The-Box.” Mr. Jones began applying said methodologies gained from the STEALTH Program to solve long-standing problems within the Treasury Department and thus, he began creating solutions that were adopted Agency-wide.  JONES BROADCASTING Jones Broadcasting is a Digital and Terrestrial Broadcasting Company wholly-owned by Gregory Jones. Mr. Jones grew Jones Broadcasting and became the Largest African-American Owned, FCC Licensed Television Station Group/Owner in the United States (14 Television Stations and Broadcast Towers.)

Justin Trevor Winters… yes, he goes by all three of his names which seems a little extravagant… is the Co-Founder & CEO of Verified Labs, an award-winning team of Web3 producers, artists, and architects building the biggest and most unforgettable experiences in the Metaverse. He began his career in the entertainment industry representing writers and directors including Stuart Beattie, writer and creator of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and Kathryn Bigelow, the first female director to win an Academy Award. What Justin didn’t realize is that when you’re surrounded by talent, that doesn’t necessarily mean you have talent, but he decided to pursue his own screenwriting career anyway. Lucky for him, his very first feature, Killing Winston Jones, a dark-comedy about killing yourself in order to leave a legacy, was produced and starred Richard Dreyfuss, Danny Glover and Jon Heder. He obviously peaked, and people began to think he was a much more accomplished writer than he actually was, which led to a full-time assistant professor position at Loyola Marymount, a top 10 screenwriting school mind you, and countless lectures at conferences and universities around the world. Did I mention he was nominated for an Outstanding Teacher Award? He didn’t win of course, but he’d blame that on “optics.” He currently oversees the vision and ongoing operations of Verified Labs. His goal is to create a virtual version of Universal Studios, and his five-year plan slash exit strategy includes a monumental acquisition and several Mai Tai’s on a beach in the Caribbean... or just the metaverse.
