Annelise Osborne is Chief Business Officer at Kadena, a Layer 1, POW blockchain where she is focused on upgrading finance. Annelise has over 20 years of experience in finance, credit, real estate, family office, risk, structuring, governance, and digital assets. She was previously Head of Institutional for Arca Labs, working with companies to drive blockchain innovation through strategic partnerships and advisory services as well as COO of Propellr, a broker dealer in digital assets. Chris Waters is a 20-year veteran of animation and television development and production for kids/family and adult audiences.  He currently serves as CPO of Playground Productions, an independent studio focused on development, finance and distribution of kids' and family content and co-founder of NounsFest, which funds and distributes independent animation globally. His third feature film, GILBERT, follows the life and career of beloved and intensely private comedian, Gilbert Gottfried. The film had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2017 and was distributed by Gravitas Ventures with exclusive SVOD on Hulu. His first feature film, BEAUTY IS EMBARASSING, premiered at SXSW in 2012 and chronicles inspiring artist Wayne White. Dan Kaizer is a decentralized application architect, and Solidity expert. He is an early blockchain enthusiast, frequent public speaker and hackathon judge. Well known in international Solidity developers community, one of the leading persons in the Russian blockchain community, Dan participated in developing smart-contracts and token economy concepts for a wide range of an international blockchain projects. He is also the author of scientific work "Decentralized Reputation Assessment System in Oracles Networks". Prior to Cupcake, Chris worked for Gary Vaynerchuck at Vayner3, a Fortune 500 Web3 consulting firm, as SVP of Strategy & Operations. During his time at V3, he led over $25M of work with brands like Budweiser, Red Bull, Coinbase, Johnny Walker, Crocs, and KFC as they explored the frontier of the internet. He holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, spent his non-crypto career at KPMG and Google Cloud, and lives in Chicago with his wife and their crazy cat named Bunny.

A web3 native, Kelsey McGuire currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Shardeum, an EVM based autoscaling blockchain. A web3 native, Kelsey joined Shardeum from her role as CMO at VC, CoinFund, having also previously held senior leadership and marketing roles at Celo and Consensys.
