This is Virgin’s first cruise ship, and their first foray into the cruise industry. Good friend of the show, Chris from California, joins us to talk about finally getting back onboard a Disney Ship after the long shut down. Chris and his wife sailed aboard the Disney Fantasy, which featured two stops at Castaway Cay. Chris recently sailed on Celebrity and Royal Caribbean, so we have a fun time comparing his experiences being back onboard the Fantasy, with those cruises as well. We finish up talking about his family’s latest trip to Disneyland, during October. Good friend of the show, Bryan from Utah, joins us to discuss his family’s experience with the Unlimited Photo Package, which they purchased while onboard the Wonder in October. We discuss the discount available if you purchase it before you sail, where some of the photo locations are located around the ship, covid protocols in place with taking photos onboard the ship, pro’s and con’s as to when you should buy the package, and where to pick your photo’s up before you disembark the ship. So fix your hair, and put on your best smile, we’re catching all those onboard memories when you cruise with DCL.

Chris and Seth just returned from a four night sailing aboard the Disney Wonder to Mexico, out of San Diego. Chris recounts all their experiences, from driving to San Diego from Los Angeles, the boarding process, his takes on main dining (along with Palo brunch and dinner), spending time on the pool deck, all of their onboard fun (including fireworks, character meet and greets, their Halloween experiences, and creating his masterpiece of Cruella de Vil during the animation class), and of course visiting the amazing port of San Jose del Cabo. This cruise was not without it’s dilemmas, and boy did they have a doozy! Wait till you hear what happened to them, in regards to their stateroom experience. With that said, it’s time to put on your Wilderness Explorer Gear, pack your cruising accessories, and lets get back on the High Seas, we’re off to Mexico with Chris and Seth aboard the Disney Wonder.
