Josh Duhamel's Reason for Doing '75 Hard' Challenge is So Relatable

It'll make you love Josh Duhamel even more. The London Calling actor joined Seacrest on-air and shared why he's doing the intense health and wellness challenge called "75 Hard." "I spend the summer at the lake and it's just too easy to pop a beer at 4 in the afternoons and another one at 5 and throw some Polish sausages on the grill," he admitted. "It's just like free living so when I come back to LA to work, I just need to focus and this is a good way to do it." Josh shared he's on day 15 of his second attempt at the 75 days. "I had to start over," Josh said. "I was coming back from London -- it's like two workouts a day: one outdoor, one indoor, 45 minutes [and] 3 hours a part. A gallon of water. Ten pages of an unscripted book. No drinking. Eating well. And I think that's pretty much it and it doesn't sound that difficult until you have to try to squeeze all this stuff in. ... If you miss any of those things you have to start over."
