It hasn’t been easy, and I felt the pressure build up, so I decided to take a step back and focus on enjoying life again, rather than pushing myself too hard. I just wanted to reach out and share what’s been going on, and assure you that I’m okay. I really appreciate all the support from you, my listeners. It means a lot. While I’ve been recovering, I’ve still been trying to offer some meditations in the members area of Buy Me a Coffee, to keep you engaged and supported. I’m looking forward to getting back to my regular schedule by the end of next week, and I have some exciting things planned, including a new course launching on Inside Timer soon. Just a little patience, and I’ll be back to share more insights and tools for calmness and clarity in our busy lives.Takeaways: I've been feeling overwhelmed lately, which has made it hard to keep up with podcasts and newsletters.
