Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was my primary MK Ultra mind control programmer for White House/Pentagon level black ops from 1980-1988. Triggers are neither good nor bad, it is how we consciously choose to respond to them that matters. In order to consciously choose, recognizing triggers is key to understanding their perceived effects and directing them.Keeping a notebook and pen within reach empowered me to make note of triggers before they slipped away or subconsciously drove my actions. If I was busy when my past intruded on my present, I would simply make note of the trigger to stop the intrusion.Later, when I was in a comfortable quiet space, I would take out my notebook, look at the trigger, and write out the memory- opening neuron pathways in my brain in the process. Opening neuron pathways allows for conscious self control. Whether we are triggered by a traumatic past, or simply triggered to buy Big Pharma’s latest product as inspired by subliminal advertising, making note by hand is key to making wise choices. My new book reSOULutions illustrates how to take control of triggers and ultimately reclaim self control and inner peace.Mark taught me at the very onset of my healing process to make collages as a way to trigger memory. He set a pile of magazines and newspapers in front of me in 1988, and told me to clip out anything that caught my attention and gave me pause. I kept these clippings in a box as suggested. Mark told me that how I assembled all those images would be like assembling pieces of my mind, and advised me to choose carefully. Of course I kept my notebook  within reach, making note of images that flashed across my mind’s screen as a result of clipping key triggers. In fact, it is possible to deprogram technologically imposed programs through photographic conscious recall of those tones!  When I mentioned the sound of your text tone, could you hear it in your mind?Just like that song playing in your head can remind you of the time you fell in love, remembering a harmonic tone, how it was delivered, and by whom can diffuse the program when written out by hand. Asking yourself questions such as “what makes me think I have been programmed with frequency” and “who told me that” can open neuron pathways. If your brain’s neuron pathways trigger open with tones from Tibetan bowls or chimes, what flashes in your mind? Shape Shifting Conspiracy “Theories”MK Ultra survivors who deprogram the program first can heal from within to know their own truth. We all need to know our own truth in order to discern truth in others. When we know our truth there is no need for validation outside of self and ultimately no need to shift other’s perceptions by demanding they see it our way.In today’s world of argumentative snap judgement, it would be wise to slow down to remember who we are and why we are here.  Are we here to parrot program we have been led to believe, or are we here to know and share truth that makes us free?By deprogramming the program first, I wrote out verbatim the voice of my programmers setting the stage for what I was to perceive. DARPA programming included creating a perception that I traveled back in time when in fact I was programmed for CIA black ops in Haiti. Haiti was so primitive in the 80’s it looked like I had traveled back in time! Had I believed the program, I would have missed the reality of what actually transpired as detailed in TRANCE Formation of America.Likewise, George Bush’s “You Are What You Read” program, which was also generated by DARPA, would have led me to believe and testify that Bush had shape shifted into a lizard. By deprogramming the program first, I heard the program verbatim setting up the holographic illusion of shape shifting into a lizard complete with the time lag while holograph equipment was placed.These days, I am confident the holographic illusion could be run much smoother than it did back then since holographs are now used commercially, even in restaurants.
