Coach Ed Dudley is a legend. He played for a legend in high school (George Maloof), started his coaching career for a legend (Billy Henderson Clark Central), and has become a legend himself. He worked for some legends as well. He has had a long and winding career as an assistant and a head coach. Coach Dudley is one of the good ones and if you don't like him, something is probably wrong with you! I hope you enjoy Coach Ed Dudley!

Coach Dobson is a native of Monticello Florida where he played at North Florida Christian in Tallahassee. He then played QB at Georgia Southern for Coaches Jeff Monken and Willie Fritz. Coach Dobson has coached at Cook and North Forsyth before returning to take over the HFC position in Statesboro. One of the bright younger stars in the business, Matt brings a different perspective to the HFC position than I normally have on here. I hope ya'll enjoy Coach Dobson!

Coach Stowe is one of the best humans in the business. A native of Toccoa GA, Coach Stowe played his high school ball for the legendary Coach Rodney Walker at Stephens County. He graduated from the University of Georgia and began his coaching career in the North Georgia mountains. Coach Stowe has been from the mountains to South Georgia in his 28 years in the business and has influenced many young people along the way! I hope you enjoy Rob's story!

Hal Lamb, a legendary high school football coach in Georgia, shares his inspiring journey from being a coach's kid to leading championship teams. Coach Ferrell is one of my best friends in this business. He gave me my first DC job at Lithia Springs in 2004. He has been all over the state of Georgia as an OL coach, OC, and HFC. A native of Warner Robins and a graduate of NS Warner Robins, Isaac played his college ball at Georgia Southern. Coach Ferrell is a hell of a football coach and a better man. He is a native of Georgia and attended Valdosta High School. After playing football in high school, Henderson continued his career at Georgia Tech. He later played collegiately at Valdosta State. He began his coaching career at Valdosta State as a graduate assistant for two years and then moved to Valdosta High School where he was an assistant for seven years. In 2012, he accepted the role of associate athletic director and head football coach at Valwood School where he compiled an overall record of 66-12 with five region championships, three state GISA championships (2012, 2015, and 2017) and a state runner-up season in 2013. In 2018, he became head coach at Thomas County Central High School where he led in the rebuilding of the football program. Under his leadership, Henderson took the team from an overall record of 3-7 in 2017 to playoff appearances in 2020 and 2021. He is now the HFC at Jasper County-Monticello. Coach Henderson is one of the "good guys" in the business and I hope you enjoy his story!

Rodney Wells is one of the top coaches in Florida and easily one of the most respected, not simply because of his reputation as a player and coach, but also as a person. Rodney Wells personifies the qualities of discipline, character and humility; the same qualities he instills in his players everyday. He was inducted into the DP Athletic Hall of Fame in May, 2019. He played collegiately at Syracuse and came home to DP to coach and has led DP to a state championship in 2017

Coach Cannon is the newly named HFC at Coosa HS in Rome GA. Geoff was most recently the Head Coach at Brantley County in South Ga. A native of Marietta GA, Coach Cannon graduated from Walton HS and Auburn University. Coach Cannon has coached at Kell, Glynn Academy, Frederica Academy, Allatoona, and Brantley County before taking over at Coosa. Coach is a true man of god and his faith is evident in his actions. Coach Willoughby is a recently retired football and baseball coach in Ga. He is a native of Milledgeville GA and currently serves in the GACA as the Lee Murray Golf Tournament Director. "Beast" has been an assistant and HFC, head baseball coach and coached for 30 years all over the state. He has never met a stranger and I hope you enjoy his story!
