To celebrate Thanksgiving, I am going with Coach Jim Pavao. I am extremely thankful that early in my career I got to coach with this legend. He taught me as a young coach, how one can be a good man, husband, and father, yet still be a hard-nosed, get after it football coach. He has been a successful HFC, coordinator, and position coach over his long career. Coach Pavao is a Maryville College LEGEND as well where he was the DC for 16 years. He has had a great career and continues to mold young players and coaches alike. I hope you enjoy JIm's great story!

Coach Kenyon and I play golf with the same group of yahoos in Warner Robins. Well, he played with them before I did when he coached in GA. He has coached in GA and Florida and is one of the good ones. A native of Haines City Florida, Chuck has been coaching for 25 years where he has served as a HFC and assistant. He has coach in Florida and Georgia during that time and had success at all of his stops. He is a genuine dude that loves kids and never meets a stranger. I hope you enjoy hearing his story!

Coach Cofer is a veteran football coach that has been a HFC in multiple states. A son of a coach, Ken is an Old Head that grew up in Paulding County Georgia. He began his career in 1996 and retired from Georgia after 30+ years in the business. Coach Cofer is now coaching in Alabama at Weaver High School. I hope you enjoy listening to his story as much as I enjoyed sitting down and talking with him!

Coach Fligg is a coach's kid. He is also one of the best ball coaches I've had the pleasure to know. Coach has been a HFC in Georgia and South Carolina. Coach Fligg has also been a Head Girl's basketball coach and a Head Track Coach over his long career. A graduate of The University of South Carolina, Coach Fligg won at places that people often said you couldn't win at. He now enjoys his grandchildren, playing golf, and keeping in shape. Coach Duncan is a a 1987 graduate of Midland Valley High School in South Carolina. Ron played college ball at Newberry College and went on to be an assistant and HFC in South Carolina before coming to GA as an assistant. Coach Duncan took over at Screven County 13 years ago and has continued the tradition of hard-nosed, successful football in Sylvania. Rich McWhorter, a legendary high school football coach with over 300 wins, reflects on his illustrious career. He shares transformative insights on the role of coaches as both mentors and educators. Coach Smith is a native of Bath South Carolina where he played his high school ball at Midland Valley High School. Coach was a walk on at Clemson and got his first job at Greer HS. He has been a HFC, OC, HFC at a D2 college, worked in GA and SC as a HFC and is now the HFC at Barnwell HS in SC. Coach has a long and storied career over 34 years long. Coach Norton is an old head that has been uber successful as an assistant and HFC in the state of Georgia over a long and storied career. A native of Florida, Coach Norton played college ball at Georgia Southern. Don has coach for some legends including Steve Pennington, Butch Brooks, and Bill Bonds. Coach Norton has definitely left his mark on Johnson County and middle Georgia. I hope you enjoy listening to his story!

A native of Atlanta a a graduate of Mays High School and Georgia Southern University, Coach Harrell has been a HFC at Hephzibah High School in Augusta and now Johnson Gainesville. He is a man of faith that started in Portal GA. Coach Harrell is one of the good ones in this profession and I hope you enjoy the story of his journey thus far!

Coach Armstrong has had a long and illustrious career as both and assistant and HFC in multiple states including Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. He has literally done it all. He is now going to be assistant to the HFC at Reinhardt College.. Coach Armstrong has seen enough to know he hasn't seen it all. I hope you all enjoy hearing his story!
