Today we dive into some variables to consider when enhancing your physique and taking it to the next level. We start off by discussing the topic of your training process. If you had to leave the gym after your first set, would that first set be enough? Then we dive into what you should be feeding your body. Why you should stop constantly changing your food and how consistency can support growth. Are you feeding fat mass or lean body mass? What's your goal with cardio?
