Commission, commitment, and companionship. These three words summarize how we, as beneficiaries of the co-workers’ fellowship, can rise up to respond to the Lord’s burden for our generation. In this episode, we continue our series entitled "Our Response,” featuring testimonies from saints who have taken definite steps to live out the God-man living and carry out the God-ordained way. May we all receive the Lord’s commission, make a commitment to Him and to one another, and form companionships to answer the Lord’s call for our generation. There are many obstacles that hinder us from having a vital living, and we often try to overcome them by ourselves, only to fail. The secret is to face the obstacles together -  by praying together, fellowshipping together, researching the ministry together, and addressing them together - so that we can enter into a vital living. The way we view ourselves dictates our actions and behavior. Therefore, we need an uplifted view, the divine view, to see that as working saints we should be the core of the church. If we realize this, we will take the lead to pick up the burdens of the church, and the whole church will benefit. In the book of Numbers, God asked Moses to number His people according to their age. In particular, God charged a specific group of Levites “to do the work of service and the work of bearing burdens in the Tent of Meeting (4:47).” Although these age groups are Old Testament types and not to be applied literally in the New Testament, we can apply their spiritual principles to the church life today. Being Vitalized for a Normal Christian Life and Service. Sometimes when we find ourselves drifting in our spiritual life, we may want to blame the current of the world. However, the real reason we drift is because there is no direction in our Christian life. Therefore, even a small current will eventually carry us away if we do not set proper goals. In this episode, brother Andrew Yu challenges us to get the direction of our life under control by setting waypoints and having our companions check us. This practical fellowship can help us avoid the leaking and drifting away in our Christian life. Being Vitalized for a Normal Christian Life and Service. The book of Hebrews was written to all of us. As those who believe in the Lord Jesus, we have left the world behind us and are pursuing toward something before us. In order to arrive at our destination, we have to set proper goals in our life to keep us on the right track.
