You know there's a lot going on below the surface but damned if you can pinpoint it. You desperately want to see your entrepreneurial vision through but you're struggling to get there and beginning to doubt you have the 'right stuff.' You may have even hired a coach and discovered, much to your chagrin, you've been going about things the 'wrong way' - meaning not their way. Your business problems aligned perfectly with their formulaic solution! Only problem was your brain didn't... Many traditional coaches stick to their guns. They know what they know and hope it sticks, pun intended. And there's something to be said for staying in your lane. They ask probative questions, sometimes play silly, torturous games to take you places they think you should go. I'm not one of those. I am in the business of helping people. Before I can, I need to figure out what is going on inside your head. There's no formula for that just years of experience. It's my superpower. As coaches, we live in a world of 'judgement free awareness.' Think for a moment of all the people in your life. Is there anyone that does NOT have an agenda? Think hard. On the surface this may sound cynical but it is not meant to be. It's simply human nature. People, especially those closest to you, cannot help but have built in biases that will color the 'advice' they offer. I don't. Have an agenda. Other than to help you succeed in every way possible.
