Blueprints For Maintaining Healthy Relationships
— Strong healthy relationships result in strong healthy families. Healthy families cultivate boys and girls into intelligent, responsible, and accountable men and women who will have superior family values. In today's society, there is a low number of people in strong, healthy relationships. The average couple is still figuring out how to properly love one another. This needs to change. Many of us grew up in environments where the ideology of forming a strong relationship was not taught or discussed. This was mostly because the family was burdened with adverse conditions like single parent households, missing influential male role models and financial instability. Dealing with these life stresses can make it very easy for us to lose focus of building strong, healthy relationships. Going forward we must desire and learn how to manage strong successful relationships and use them as foundational building blocks of our culture. Then we need to instill this cultural knowledge in our children. Time is of the essence because our children will quickly become adults and will form their own relationships. We must act now and pass blueprints for maintaining healthy relationships. Valeria Teles interviews Treamell Lawrence — the author of "Dear Brothers Dear Sisters Listen Up!" Treamell Lawrence is a personal relationship coach, blog writer, author, talk show host and founder of DBDSsingles.com which is a relationship website. Your Natural Expression Is Your Language
— A powerful woman is one who is deeply connected to herself. She is a woman who listens and takes action upon the internal guidance she feels. A powerful woman can emanate a magnetically palpable presence without saying a word. She can be surrounded by chaos and be at peace inside herself because she knows she has access to the source within her and all around her. She knows that she is the source. She knows that her compassion, love, gentleness, strength, feminine beauty, grace, joy, anger, passion, her shadows and darkness are her power. A powerful woman can go unnoticed because she chooses to. She can blend into the trees in a forest or she can stand on a stage with a spotlight shining on her, sharing her wisdom, her humor and passion to a captivated audience. A powerful woman knows she has the power to choose; how to be, where to be or who to be, if she listens. Her internal language is the Language of the World speaking from within, through her feelings and her body. And outside she witnesses the world speaking to her through color, sound, story, music and people; all the things that she loves. She is life and life moves through her. When we accept this power, we can learn to enjoy it and truly feel pleasure in this aspect of ourselves. Valeria Teles interviews Jane Cormack — the author of "Language of the Feminine: Awaken the Source of Your Creative, Intuitive & Sensual Self." Jane Cormack inspires and supports women around the world, to re-connect with their feminine intelligence; their intuition, natural rhythm, creativity and power, ultimately, guiding women back to their true nature so that they trust in their own voice and have courage to make new or bold choices, recognize and embrace their unique expression, feel a sense of home and belonging within themselves and in the world, aware that their voice, presence and purpose, matters. Jane focuses on the holistic empowerment of women with an emphasis on feminine embodiment, cyclical living, grounded spirituality and creativity. She has lead workshops, retreats, classes and circles and offered mentorship for women for 13 years. Her latest online program, The Language of You™ - Trust Your Voice, Uncover Your Gift, guides women through a deep and rich personal exploration and adventure that brings them to a place in which they're more connected to the essence of who they are, aware of where to put their energy and focus and how to use their voices. Overcome Insomnia: Get Up, Get Light, Get Active
— Sleep hygiene, hot baths, kiwi fruit, breathing techniques, acupuncture, counselling, supplements, sleeping tablets... Over twenty years, Joseph Pannell tried it all. Nothing worked. The more he tried to force sleep, the more he fed his anxiety and obsession – and the more insomnia stripped from his life. Joseph couldn't get up early as he couldn't sleep at night. He couldn't see his friends at night. He couldn't do the job he loved. He couldn't share a bed with his wife. He simply couldn't. For two decades, slowly but surely, insomnia took over his life and stole his happiness. And then Joseph found CBT-I. Everything changed. Every thought, every action, CBT-I had seen it all before. His insomnia was not unique. Your insomnia is not unique. It always boils down to two problems: sleep drive and hyperarousal. By addressing both through behavior changes, sleep knowledge and cognitive restructuring, Joseph went from being somebody trying everything they could to make themself sleep to being somebody trying everything they could to stay awake. After overcoming his insomnia, he trained with one of the world's best sleep physicians so he could help you overcome yours. Valeria Teles interviews Joseph Pannell — the author of "You Can Sleep Too!" Joseph Pannell is the author of the evidence-based sleep book 'You Can Sleep Too!" He has trained with sleep physician Daniel Erichsen and completed the CBT-I SleepScience course. Having suffered with chronic insomnia himself for over two decades, he finally overcame it with the help of one of the world's most experienced sleep physiologists. He has an excellent first- hand understanding of insomnia and is living proof of how effective and life changing the sleep knowledge that he disseminates can be. He works with corporations via webinars and seminars to provide workplace sleep education, and he will be working with TEDX speaker Raj Adgopul to help provide sleep education in India. What Do You Really Want From Life?
— Ultimately, it came down to "What am I passionate about?" The answer to that question was "My spirituality". That's what I love, that's what I am passionate about. All that I had learned from my Order, about life, its mysteries, and how to work with the powers of the Universe -- that's what turns me on. After coming to "know" that, I turned my focus on how do I make this a new life. – Says Jeff Valeria Teles interviews Jeffrey Segal — an Author, Life Coach, Artist, Founder Of Mystic Journey Bookstore And Mystic Journey Crystals, And Speaker. Jeffrey Segal was raised and educated in Los Angeles. He went to Occidental College and then to law school at American University in Washington, D.C. After securing his JD in 1985, Jeffrey returned to Los Angeles and began what turned out to be a 25+ year legal career. Before beginning that career, however, Jeffrey failed the bar exam. This "failure" turned out to be one of the most positive events in Jeffrey's life. It was this "failure" that "inspired" Jeffrey to turn to a set of spiritual teachings he had been given, but had never looked at, to help him overcome the bar exam hurdle. These teachings, and the manifestation techniques contained therein, not only helped Jeffrey pass the bar exam the next time, but they became the guiding life principles he has used ever since to create all that he wanted in his life. It is these teachings that are the core of this book. Jeffrey then began his legal practice. But after ten years he started to become disenchanted. As time passed, this feeling became disillusionment, lack of fulfillment, and ultimately an intense desire to get out of law. But the 'golden handcuffs' were too tight. He couldn't leave. That was until, after some twenty years of practice, Jeffrey "created" a cancer in his body, a cancer to finally force him out. While the doctors initially thought they had caught the cancer early, a follow-up test revealed a lymph node abnormality. The doctors wanted Jeffrey to undergo chemotherapy. Jeffrey instinctively knew, however, that this was not the right path for him. Instead, he chose a course of natural/alternative healing. He put together a team of healers, including an acupuncturist, a bodyworker, an energy worker, and a traditional therapist to guide him on his path of healing. After six months of working with his team, the abnormality had completely disappeared. It was during this time of healing that Jeffrey decided to leave the practice of law and follow his passion in the realm of spirituality, and create Mystic Journey Bookstore. How To Deepen The Love In Your Life
— Dr. Ronald L. Mann provides individuals the tools to move beyond the limitations of body identification with the more limited definition of self that is defined by one's thoughts, feelings, emotions, and physicality. Being "awake" has a much more profound meaning than just getting up in the morning after a night's rest, drinking a cup of coffee, and getting started with your day's activities. It is realizing a more expanded state of self beyond the limited "ego" to a higher sense of Self or the soul. Consciousness wants to evolve through us. We are all on a journey of returning to the source of Love. On our way, we can either coast along with the current or use a paddle to speed our journey. We are all going home. The Open-Secret To Healing — Wholeness
— The best gift we can give our planet is working to live in a vibration of peace and love. If all humans were emitting mostly love and peaceful vibrations, we could restructure the world. If all of humanity took the time to focus on self-growth, spirituality, and mindset work, imagine the world we "could create. Perhaps contrast is only necessary to create that world. Sandie Gascon see our planet and all the beings on it as a single organism. Humans can either be pathogens, fighting each other and destroying the host along with each other; or we can be one with the planet, working to nurture it and grow. One cannot meet any of the world's issues with anger, resentment, and hate. That only brings more of it. First, we must finish the war going on in our own bodies and minds. End the violence that is there. Be in a state of allowance for what is happening within you and in the world, while believing in your ability to influence your surroundings. Raise your vibration to these higher levels of consciousness, Heal Yourself, Body, Mind, and Spirit, and help change the world. Valeria Teles interviews Sandie Gascon — the author of "Heal Yourself: Body ~ Mind ~ Spirit." Sandie Gascon is a Health Coach who has helped guide hundreds of people from over twenty-five countries on their healing journey. After suffering severe side effects from medications during her twenty-year battle with chronic migraines, when she was diagnosed with Lupus she committed herself to healing naturally. Through her experiences, she developed a whole body, mind, and spirit approach that addresses the person in a truly holistic manner. She takes the guess work out of the equation by running functional lab work to see what the body needs. She healed herself of migraines, depression, Lupus, Interstitial Cystitis, and cystic acne. Her purpose is to help educate others on the importance of shifting focus to rebuilding and rebalancing the body and removing internal and external stress so the body can heal itself. Sandie lives in Ontario, Canada with her husband Eric and son Kaiden. She has a passion for riding horses and spends much of her free time at the barn with her horses Bee and Vala. She loves playing with Kaiden, spending time with family and friends and hiking with her dogs.
