Self-Love: A Direct Path To Happiness
— Self-Love is what Stephani Grace's work is all about—ways to learn to love yourself, and to have more compassion and acceptance for yourself. The reason it feels so hard to love ourselves is because of our ego. We have been conditioned to think and believe in a certain way. A majority of the time this is negative thinking or judgements against ourselves. As we begin to be more loving it can feel inauthentic, and our ego will likely argue with us and ramp up the negativity. We are truly reprogramming our minds to be more loving, and this takes awareness, time, and practice. Please be patient with yourself. Valeria Teles interviews Stephani Grace — the author of " Creating Real Happiness A to Z: A Mindful Guide to Discovering, Loving, and Accepting Your True Self." Stephani Grace is also a motivational speaker, therapist and mindfulness expert. She has used self-exploration and mindfulness to overcome many adversities including addiction and remnants of a traumatic upbringing to live a more vital, inspired and fulfilling life. Through her personal inner work and with hundreds of her clients, Stephani knows that everyone can experience the freedom of living life as their true self, free from judgment and past conditioning to feel joy and happiness every day. She has made it her life's mission to create helpful, accessible and easily applied tools to make wholehearted living possible for all people, everywhere. Stephani Grace is a state-licensed and board-certified professional counselor and mindfulness coach with 21 years of experience counseling and coaching individuals and couples using her unique blend of psychology and spirituality. She received her BA in Psychology and MA in Counseling Psychology from Humboldt State University. She has a successful private practice in Portland, Oregon where she lives with her daughter, Olivia, her dog, Lulu, and her cats, Birdie and Gus. Life Lessons From A Professional Skydiver
— Melissa Lowe had an unprecedented upbringing as her dad was 2nd generation skydiver (a pioneer as well, he was just inducted into the 2021 Skydiving Hall of Fame) and he was an international drug smuggler in the 80's and went to prison when Melissa was just 12 years old (she wrote about it in her books called Sugar Alpha and Charlie Bravo). In hindsight, Melissa realized that she could have been a victim of her circumstances - a traumatic yet exhilarating childhood. Her father passed away in a tragic skydiving accident in 2003. However, Melissa has overcome a lot to having become a well-respected female skydiver in a male-dominated sport. She is a professional skydiver that has just completed her 24th world record in 2021 and she has two more world records scheduled for this upcoming year. Melissa has 11,300 skydives, she is an instructor, a part of the Highlight Pro Skydiving Team, an organizer of the Project 19 Women's Vertical World Record, and recently re-elected as a United States Parachute Association [USPA] National Director. In addition, Melissa is a keynote speaker having spoken on the TEDx stage, an author, personal trainer (as of 2020), and yoga instructor (since 2007). Valeria Teles interviews Melissa Lowe about diversity, inclusion, letting go, being in the moment and rising above the odds. The Goal In All Healing Is The Release Of Fear
— We are told that the miracle is the means for healing our sickness, but it is not the healing itself. The healing, you could say, is the side effect of the correction that took place in our thinking where the miracle occurred. The miracle undoes misperception in our mind and any type of healing results. Healing tells us that our mind accepted correction and recognized that we are not separate from our Source from which the miracle came. Healing is not a miracle because the miracle is a thought of God that contains the light of truth. It has the power to correct error. Healing does not contain the light of truth because it is what results from the undoing of error or darkness. The undoing of the darkness is not the light itself. To speak of "a miracle of healing" would then be combining two orders of reality because the miracle has reality in truth or at the spiritual level, but sickness and healing only have reality in our mind being false thoughts or illusion. In the pre-separation condition, we had no need for healing because there was no fear. The belief in separation and fear goes together. So, until our mind can recognize that the separation is unreal and lets it go completely, we will need healing because we will be fearful. Health is inner peace and sickness is some form of external searching for peace. If we are seeking for peace externally in the physical world, we must believe we can find it there and not within us. So, we must also be perceiving the cause of our lack of peace outside of us. Even when we recognize that the disturbance to our peace; be it fear, pain, conflict, etc. is experienced within us, we will believe that something separate or in our external situation caused it. In level confusion, our mind does not recognize its casual role in how it is experiencing life. It does not see itself as the maker of its own fears. I will see something outside of itself as the cause of its suffering or problems. This includes the belief that our own body and what we do has causal or creative power to bring about suffering and hurt in us or others. We come to perceive the body as if it has a mind of its own. Valeria Teles interviews Eloisa Ramos — the author of "Beyond Self-Esteem: Discovering Your Boundless Self-Worth." Eloisa Ramos was born in 1960 in a farming village, in Guanajuato, Mexico. Her family moved to Northern California in 1968. She graduated from Stanford University in with a BA in Sociology. She married, but when two of her four children developed asthma and substance sensitivities, she began looking for "another" way to help her children. It became clear to Eloisa that mainstream medicine did not offer a permanent solution for their health issues. In finding "another" way to help her children, she discovered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). She is a certified EFT Master Practitioner with the AMT. EFT tapping has opened up a new world of possibilities for Eloisa, her children and her clients. She has evolved surrogate EFT to The Ramos Clearing Technique which uses muscle testing to find unconscious non-serving beliefs and energetic imprints. Using the principles learned in A Course in Miracles, she helps her clients release, clear and let go of the obstacles to the awareness of Love, which is the miracle, the Source of healing. May her work help to light the way for all to uncover the Truth that is within. Growing The Planted Memory Of Our Nature Divinity
— According to Ayurveda, before the beginning, or what science calls The Big Bang there was Awareness of Oneness. Within the original Awareness of Oneness, arose a desire to experience itself that created Duality of Awareness or Experience. This Duality-Awareness of Experience created the energy of friction and the manifestation of Energy or Prana. Some of this manifested Energy condensed becoming matter. To understand matter, one needs to experience it, and so this trinity, Awareness, Experience, and Energy/Matter came into being, with the result, our physical universe with its diverse attributes. Ayurveda is a vital science and art-healing system that provides guidance for living in harmony with our inner, microcosmic, and outer, macrocosmic, environments as well as other beings around us. Its way of teaching us is very poetic, because life is poetic, with much more going on between the lines and the wave-particles of potential matter than is readily apparent by just the energy-material "facts" of the wave-particles themselves. This is said with the understanding that our minds manufacture fact. ". . we develop the fact by giving it further order, form and structure. Ayurveda is unique in that it clearly informs us how to live in harmony with Nature. It is the "wisdom of living." One may call it the original ecological worldview where the fundamental interdependence of all living systems is primary. Ayurveda encompasses all aspects of life—our physical bodies, our thoughts and emotions, our spiritual connections, our relationships and inter-relationships to each other and the other living systems in our environment. Ayurveda teaches us how to maintain a dynamic harmony with these concepts to maintain and regain our health. Five Keys To An Amazing Mindset!
— "Life is full of challenges. Sometimes it can seem that limitations are stopping you from achieving your dreams. I know all about challenges and limitations. I was born with severe cerebral palsy. I spend most of the day in a wheelchair. I speak with a nearly incomprehensible impediment. These are my circumstances. They make achieving my goals more difficult. They do not make achieving my goals impossible. It may take creativity, but with the proper mindset, it is possible to make your dreams become your reality. I know. I wanted to live an amazing life full of many experiences. I found a way and I did it. I wanted to start a business. It was tough, but I found opportunities and I did it. I wanted to be a speaker and author. I am now the writer who can not write and the speaker who can not speak. I always wanted to be a family man. I have a family. I am making my dreams come true. Sounds pretty amazing, right. It is. But, it didn't just happen. I messed up. I fell down. I got up. I learned. I achieved. That's how it goes. You learn lessons and you achieve. It's all about mindset. If you want your dreams to come true, you have to have the right mindset. – says Sourena Valeria Teles interviews Sourena Vassegh — the author of "Big Dreams Take Small Sacrifices and Love Your Life And It Will Love You Back." Sourena Vassegh is the speaker who can't speak and the writer who can't write with one simple mission.
