Shohei Ohtani and his dog Decoy had about as Hollywood a night as any baseball player and dog could ever have, haha!  What is it about the Mojo some athletes like Ohtani, Derek Jeter, etc that makes everything turn to gold for these amazing players?  We discuss. Corbin Carroll and the Dbacks took the hearts right out of Edwin Diaz and the Mets in Zona. Are the Mets playoff chances on life support now and was that the shot in the arm the Dbacks need to propel them to the wildcard? Speaking of the Wildcard, Chris Sale may make it a moot point if he keeps pitching the way he is for the current Wildcard Braves. Has he solidified himself as the top Cy Young candidate in the NL? The Royals get to the top of the AL Central and clinched the tie-breaker over the Guardians.  Casey tells us why Vinnie Pasquantino is a huge reason why. Brandon Nimmo compared Mets starter Sean Manaea to Jacob Degrom in his prime after yet another Manaea win last night.  Sound crazy?
