Peter opens with declaring his admiration for Monero despite being a Bitcoiner first and foremost. The conversation becomes a bit contentious as expected, with Doug pushing Peter on what he sees as bitcoin’s flaws. Peter was reluctant to argue the technical features of bitcoin v monero but he was a great sport and we hope to have him back on soon with technical experts to get deeper into the weeds of these digital cash protocols. Perhaps the most revealing moment was Peter admitting that Bitcoin may have a fungibility problem after doing some googling during the show.
