In the eighth podcast of our third season, I have a very interesting conversation with a speaker from SAP Signavio on the topic of innovation in the context of AI. This concludes the two-part series which started in the last podcast, where we talked about process innovation and RPA. In this podcast, we will be extending that conversation with workflow automation and SAP Signavio. Ofcourse we will be starting the conversation with the culture of innovation and how AI fits into it and later talk about process automation etc., in the bigger scheme of things AI.

We also talk a bit more into the context of what is available from SAP in the context of RPA bots that are integrated with the end-to-end processes in SAP and how the customers and partners can leverage them and build more.

In this podcast6 in the season3, we will be having a detailed conversation with 2 guests from SAP focused on how the situation handling framework, another key pillar in AI, is leveraged in building AI embedded end-to-end business processes. The concept of situation handling is pioneered by SAP and hence it would be interesting to listen into how these user centric human behaviors are handled in these AI driven processes.

This is an interesting conversation where-in we touch base briefly on how global and local governments are actively pursuing to use AI in their daily needs to identify fraud and delays. The conversation focuses mainly around how enterprises benefit while leveraging the ML Ops platforms in the context of infusing intelligence into their business processes or solving the business needs.
