How to Understand Facebook Ads Reporting For Better Results

Facebook ads reporting is the topic of today's episode of The Art of Paid Traffic, specifically, how to get the most out of all the stats and metrics that Facebook makes available to you so you can make educated decisions on improving your Facebook ads. ‍‍Cut your lead gen costs in HALF with my $37 mini-course–NOW only $17!Visit The Art of Online Business website for Facebook Ads help‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍When it comes to looking at Facebook ads reporting and optimizing your ads, I have three words for you. Keep. It. Simple. Having so many stats available to us can be overwhelming, especially when you have all these numbers in front of you and you don’t know what you’re looking at. Keep it simple by looking at the one metric that tells you how well your ads are doing based on the objective you have chosen. Here’s what I mean by that...If the goal of your ad campaign is to send people from your Facebook ad to a valuable blog post you’ve written so you can start warming them up to your business, for example, you would choose the Objective “Clicks to Website” when you’re setting up your Facebook ads (the goal here is to drive people from your ad to your website). Now when looking at your stats, focus first on the cost per click and then the click-through rate which tells you the % of people who are seeing your ad and then clicking on it. If it’s a low CPC and a good click through rate you know you’ve set up a good ad. If it’s a low click through rate, you use that information to make changes to your ad. So with that said, what’s a good CPC and CTR %?The answer to that is going to vary by industry, but as a general guideline, I’d try and get your CPC below $1 and your CTR above 1%.‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍Please click here to give an honest Rating/Review for the show on iTunes! How Much Should You Spend On Your Paid Ads?

On today's episode of the Art of Paid Traffic, we’re going to continue our mini-series on metrics and measuring your paid traffic as today, Charlie Vallely and Keith Perhac from a company called SegMetrics are joining me to talk about understanding the value of a lead and using your metrics to really dial in on determining how much should you spend on your paid ads. Now as you’ll hear as we get into it, the metrics platform they’ve created works with Infusionsoft but if you’re not an Infusionsoft user, not to worry, it’s totally fine. You’re still going to get a ton out of this discussion. ‍‍Cut your lead gen costs in HALF with my $37 mini-course–NOW only $17!Visit The Art of Online Business website for Facebook Ads help‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍Please click here to give an honest Rating/Review for the show on iTunes! How to Use Streaming Webinars & Paid Traffic to Automate Your Business

On today's episode of The Art of Paid Traffic, we're talking all about how to use streaming webinars and paid traffic to automate your business. ‍‍Cut your lead gen costs in HALF with my $37 mini-course–NOW only $17!Visit The Art of Online Business website for Facebook Ads help‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍This is the first episode in a 3-part mini-series this month all about how to use webinars and paid traffic to grow your business. There was a point in time when not many were using Facebook ads just yet. Google AdWords was all the rage, and many people online were skeptical about platforms like Facebook for ads.Fast forward a couple of years, and you’d be hard pressed to not see the more successful entrepreneurs, names, and brands using Facebook ads to grow their businesses and get more sales. But for me, Facebook ads were just one-half of the equation. Yes, the ads were powerful and grew my email list and business, but it wasn’t until I combined them with webinars–and a very specific kind of webinar–that things really took off. I’d do a couple of live webinars, take note of what worked (and what didn’t), and then tweak. Do more webinars, rinse and repeat.‍‍ ‍‍ ‍‍Please click here to give an honest Rating/Review for the show on iTunes!
