In this mailbag episode, Matt Trainum answers a question that deals with international degrees. A job seeker asked, is a degree from the US better than a degree from the UK? Matt answers that those with international degrees must be aware that the smaller and more regional the institution is, the more that institution may not have experience with hiring candidates with international degrees and sponsorships.
