In this video I talk about how I made a mistake believing the A:C ratio has to be between 0.80 - 1.30. When you look at the graph from Tim you will see there is no difference from 1.30-1.75 and the real "Danger Zone" is not until 2.0. I was notified about about this from an NFL S&C coach and then watched the presentation below from Franco Impellizerri which was a critical appraisal of Tim's A:C research.
