Welcome back to SuperFastBusiness.com. This is Episode 684, How to Create a Course in a Weekend. Welcome to my special guest, John Lint from 10XPRO.io. John: Hey, everybody. Hi, James, how are you? James: I'm great. Has it ever been done? Now, you might see the title of this podcast episode and think, John, I couldn't possibly create a course in a single weekend. Let's just get it out of the way. Has it ever been done before? John: Well, I just did it, actually. So I just created a brand new course, for our 10XPRO.io members. And yeah, you know, I filmed on Saturday all the videos; by Sunday, it's live online, all our members are getting it. So yeah. Now, of course, you know, there's a big difference between creating those short type of courses that address a specific pain point and solve that specific problem. And, of course, an eight-week masterclass, obviously, you're not going to create that in a weekend, and it might take a little bit of time. But online courses, the things that when you have the right tools like 10XPRO.io, and you know, you and I have been doing this for over 10 years, so, you know, obviously we have practice, but it's something that you can really do very, very fast. And even if you're starting out, creating a course is not that difficult. You just need to follow the right framework, the right system, know what you're going to deliver, have a clear idea of the end result. And then after that, it's just about following the steps and following the processes, and you'll get there for sure. "Even if you're starting out, creating a course is not that difficult."CLICK TO TWEET James: I remember having a friend of mine, Steve O, visiting me from Melbourne. And I got a call on a Monday afternoon, it was from an events company. And they said, “James, we have sold a course to some people on how to get started online. And we just discovered the person who was going to be the instructor had actually not as much experience as he’d l...

Welcome back to SuperFastBusiness.com. This is Episode 673. And we're talking about how to create superfans. And for that, I brought along somewhat of an expert in this field, Pat Flynn. Welcome. Pat: Thanks, James. Glad to be here. James: This is not your first time on the show. The last time you were on here was actually six years ago in Episode 225. And we had a great discussion back then. We were talking about your story and your journey, which you've showed no signs of slowing. You're actually getting stronger and bigger in the marketplace. Over the last six years, you've had quite a transformation. In fact, I think now you've had over 55 million downloads of Smart Passive Income. You've got a thriving YouTube channel. You're now running events, live events, you're still very strong with your affiliate marketing, and it seems like you've visited just about every Disneyland available from the travels - and no doubt, your Back-to-the-Future paraphernalia has been increasing. So what a journey, hey? Over that last six years, quite a bit of change. Pat: Definitely a lot of change and besides the Back-to-the-Future stuff being the most exciting thing for me. It's definitely been just how I feel like I've grown up as a CEO now because back then I was feeling like I was a scrappy entrepreneur, I was taken advantage of some really cool things in the affiliate marketing world in a very genuine way. I was very proud of that. But now, like you said, I have live events, I have these books coming out. I've done online courses finally. And still being able to manage the family and be here for the kids too. And just very thankful for that. And also, I just want to give a quick shout out to you, James. You've been very instrumental in my most recent successes related to a lot of these things that I've just mentioned. As a result of, you know, you helped me out in your mentorship program. Juggling business and family James: Oh, well, it's been my pleasure and actually a real privil...

John: Super busy with 10XPRO as always, trying to add more and more cool stuff. It always feels like, you know, Christmas in each month of the year. Every month, we deploy some really cool stuff and I’m really pumped about the new bunch of features that we're going to add. Like, we have awesome blog features coming up, we have new templates coming up, we have some advanced automation stuff. So it's really going to make a lot of our members happy, the guys starting out, and also the advanced guys, they're going to love it because we have some really huge bag of goodies, I would say.
