Michael Banks is an educator, a leadership development expert, a writer, a podcaster and public story teller. Born in the UK, after attending university Michael ran a community center in south London working with criminalized Jamaican youth. He then had a transformational experience at age 25 before being part of a controversial but successful business organization whose mission was to transform society. In 1989 Michael moved to the USA  where he became a partner in America’s number one Executive Coaching firm in 1996. Eventually he branched out on his own and in 2014 was given a kidney by his beloved partner Karin. He published a book based on that experience “Gotta Kidney: A Journey Through Fear To Hope And Beyond”.
