The first 'proper' episode in which I ask Simon about the impact research and evidence have had on him as both a teacher and the Director of Blackpool Research School . We also talk about the upcoming ResearchED event in Blackpool and Simon's role in pulling that together.

In this second taster, I will be looking at the questions I have drafted to ask our teachers . They focus primarily on the effect research has had on their practice, their professional development and their pupils. I am also inviting suggestions for unique questions to make Naylor's natter distinctive so please do share thoughts @pna1977  Interviews next week .....promise!

A new podcast where teachers are asked about the influence research and evidence has had on their practice. Leaders in schools also discuss the importance of professional learning and how they provide high quality environments for their teachers and pupils. In this taster episode, I outline future guests which include presenters at the upcoming Blackpool ResearchEd conference.
