Aaron Golub became the first legally blind D1 college football player in NCAA history. At a young age, he committed to working 10x harder than anyone around him and built a plan to achieve his dreams. His inspiring story is a true testament to what's possible when you have determination, grit, and supportive people around you. 

Sentenced to 65 years in a Texas prison, Damon West made a commitment to his parents to come back the man they raised. It was inside that prison where West changed his life with a positive attitude and servant leadership. Today he shares his inspirational message with the world. West is the co-author of the bestselling book "The Coffee Bean" and author of his memoir, "The Change Agent." He sat down with Everybody Pulls The Tarp Host Andrew Moses for a one-on-one conversation. 

Melanie Newman, Baltimore Orioles and MASN Broadcaster, keeps making baseball broadcasting history. In 2019, she was part of the first all-female broadcast booth in professional baseball history and in March 2020 Newman became the first woman to call an Orioles game from the booth in franchise history.
