Chris Clark is Global Head, RoZi Mission at UCB pharma. Chris travelled to Rwanda and experienced a moment when all his knowledge, talent, wisdom, language skills and leadership capabilities meant absolutely nothing. From the fog of panic, during an incident beyond his control, Chris realised that his mere presence had value.
