Timberwolves Bubble Camp Begins
On this week's episodes Dane goes through takeaways from his media session with Gersson Rosas and Ryan Saunders in advance of the Timberwolves beginning their own version of a "bubble" training camp. Rosas provides an update on KAT's health and the involvement of restricted free agents Malik Beasley and Juancho Hernangomez in the bubble camp. Ryan Saunders notes how he hopes to take things from the Toronto Raptors defensive scheme next season, so Dane does a Raptors film breakdown, assessing how the Raptors scheme would look applied to the Wolves roster. And finally, Rosas talks Jarred Vanderbilt, so Dane goes through a breakdown over Vanderbilt's college film during his freshman year at Kentucky.

Trading the No. 1 Pick with Jack Borman
If the Timberwolves are to put the No. 1 pick on the table, what might they be able to get back in return? Jack Borman of CanisHoopus.com joins the pod to discuss the specific types of paths the Wolves might take when pursuing such a trade. Plenty of "fake trades" are discussed in this episode. Every proposed move represents what Dane and Jack deem the most-likely trade constructs to look like -- using the pick as a sweetener; trading back; or trading back to stack the pick with other assets.

LaMelo Ball Film Review and Fit on the Timberwolves with Will DeBerg
On this week's episode, Dane and Will DeBerg (Assistant Coach, University of St. Thomas) review the film of LaMelo Ball, and make the case for him being the number one overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. When the NBA Draft rolls around in October, teams will be forced to see the LaMelo Ball glass as half-full or half-empty. Specifically for the Minnesota Timberwolves, this is a critical question to answer. Dane and Will highlight why LaMelo could be the ideal pick for the Wolves and why he could flame out terribly.

NBA Draft Prospects Tyrese Maxey and Kira Lewis Jr. Film Review with Will DeBerg
On this week's episode, Dane and Will DeBerg (assistant coach, University of St. Thomas) review the film of Tyrese Maxey (Kentucky) and Kira Lewis Jr. (Alabama). With the Timberwolves holding the 16th overall pick (via Brooklyn), Maxey and/or Lewis Jr. could be point guards available when the Wolves are on the clock for the second time on Draft Night. Might Maxey, more of an off-ball guard, be a better fit next to D'Angelo Russell? Or would Lewis, a pure point guard, be a more intriguing option to add to the backcourt mix?
