Good Morning, Hospitality and welcome to the show!Industry News:  Airbnb Grows Entrepreneurship Academy (Link)  Expedia launched a ChatGPT trip planner (Link) AirDNA’s Fact of the Week: Supply Growth continues to be a hot topic as host & operators prepare for peak season travel.In March 2023, there were 1.34 million available short-term rental listings, a 19.9% increase from last year.  This compares to a peak increase of 25% last summer.
