3977 Plant Your Patience
In the relentless rush of daily life, it's easy to feel like we're sprinting on a treadmill set to max speed, chasing the next goal, the next move, the next achievement—only to end up overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in a loop of what we didn't get done. That constant hurry doesn't just steal time; it steals clarity, joy, and the chance to grow something meaningful. What if, instead of rushing, you plant your patience? What if you slowed down, dug deep, and gave yourself the permission to nurture progress with care—not speed? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The truth is simple but often ignored: anything worth having or becoming takes time. Success. Mastery. Healing. Connection. All these start as small seeds—fragile and tentative. They need watering, sunlight, and time to sprout and grow strong. Life gets confusing when we let the chaos of busyness control us. The tangled mess we often find ourselves in is rarely due to external forces but rather to our letting impatience lead, pushing us into frantic motion that scatters our focus and energy. Here's a new perspective: patience is not passive waiting. It's an active, powerful choice to nurture your goals thoughtfully, to respect the natural pace of growth, and to stay present in the process instead of racing toward the finish line. The K.I.S.S. ~ Plant your patience! Ready to grow your patience and watch your progress blossom? Start with these three things: Plant Belief as Your Seed Every change begins with belief—the conviction that what you want is possible and worth the time it takes. Without this foundation, patience feels like a frustrating wait. With belief, it becomes a hopeful planting, a promise to yourself that you're investing in your future. Nourish with Consistent Action, Not Instant Results Patience isn't about sitting still; it's about steady, deliberate care. Small, purposeful steps compound over time to produce growth. Celebrate the daily efforts—even when results aren't immediate—to build momentum and faith in the process. Create Space to Reflect and Adjust Growth doesn't happen in chaos. Carve out moments away from distractions to observe your progress, adjust your approach, and quiet the noise of doubt. Mindful reflection refuels patience and keeps your vision grounded. Remember: patience is a muscle you build with practice, not a fixed trait you either have or don't. The more you cultivate it, the more your progress expands naturally and powerfully. To honor this journey, here's an original poem by Kristianne Wargo that captures the magic of planting patience and believing in the impossible: Planting Patience by Kristianne Wargo Plant the seed, though the soil is bare, though the days feel slow, though no bloom is there. Water it with belief, sunlight of quiet grace, roots grow beneath— in their own time and place. Storms may come, and winds may bend, but patience is the promise that growth has no end. So slow your hurry, tend with care, great things take time— they blossom where You dare to plant patience there. Patience planted is progress made. When you root your actions in belief and nurture them with steady care, the impossible shifts closer to inevitable. It's time to stop rushing. Start planting. Watch your growth surprise you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3976 Come Back to Center
There's no shortage of promises out there, like tools, trends, gurus, and hacks, where each one claims they can flip your life upside down or side-step you straight to success. But just because something is out there flashing like a neon sign does not mean you should use it, follow it, or whatever with it. It's not necessarily meant for you. However, the real power lies in peeling back all that noise and coming back to what is true; come back to center. This isn't about swallowing the half-truths that momentarily trick you into thinking you know what's next or forcing yourself into a mold that doesn't fit. It's about being brutally real and raw with yourself, knowing who you are and who you are becoming. No fluff. No distractions. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The endless scramble for what's next breeds a sneaky fear—the fear of missing out. Who wants to feel like they're getting left behind? No one. But here's a little secret you've got to laugh at: you're not missing out by messing up. Yes, messing up! Sometimes the chaos is exactly where the lessons are hiding. So go ahead—giggle a little at the mess, because that's how you know you're showing up, fully present and alive. That's what coming back to center feels like. Stop chasing the next shiny object, sprinting from one distraction to another. Instead, look at where you are right now and where you want to be. Life's too short to miss the messy moments that carry the biggest treasures. The K.I.S.S. ~ Come back to center! Some of the most precious blessings don't come wrapped in perfection. They come through the cracks in the chaos. The sweet spots in the struggle. Come back to center and see them clearly. Take the time to ground yourself. Get honest about your current reality and what's possible from here. Because only when you're truly centered can you make the next move with clarity and confidence. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo So stop spinning. Stop chasing. Come back to center. That's where everything real begins. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3975 The Power of Silence
Our lives are flooded with noise—incessant messages screaming for attention, endless notifications begging for a glance, countless demands pulling us in every direction. It's no wonder we feel confused and disoriented, overwhelmed by the mass of distractions that invade even a single hour. Take a moment and absorb the power of silence. Now it's hard to be still in silence. Think about how many alerts, emails, texts, and tasks are stacking up in that tiny slice of time? Usually, we bite off more than we can chew—and then get choked up by the pressure of what's next. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So, imagine what would happen if you intentionally stepped back and embraced silence—not the kind of silence where you're idle or checked out, but a powerful, purposeful silence where your mind clears and your focus sharpens. The real power of silence is in the intentional pause. It's choosing to step away from the chaos, the scrambling, and the noise so you can regain control and clarity. This kind of silence fuels concentration—not distraction. It tunes your mindset toward precision rather than panic. It demands intentionality from every decision rather than letting your choices be hijacked by whatever shouts loudest. It ignites focus, determination, and hope, rather than fatigue and confusion. When you harness the power of silence, you're not running from life—you're engaging with it on your own terms. You're setting your own rhythm instead of reacting to the world's frantic speed. The K.I.S.S. ~ Engage with intentional silence every day! So, what are three ways you can embrace and engage this intentional silence every day? Schedule Silence Like a Meeting If you want silence to work for you, you have to treat it seriously. Block a consistent time on your calendar—a span long enough to think, reflect, or strategize without distraction. Guard this time as fiercely as you would a doctor's appointment or an important deadline. Create a Distraction-Free Zone Silence doesn't just mean shutting your lips. It means shutting down the constant digital noise too. Turn off notifications, close unnecessary tabs, and put your phone in another room if you have to. Your environment must support your purpose. Use Silence to Guide Action, Not Avoid It Intentional silence isn't procrastination dressed up as meditation. It's a tool to sharpen your clarity and set your direction. Use the space to prioritize what truly matters and craft your next move with conviction. The point isn't to escape the mess of daily demands—it's to find the quiet space where your mind recalibrates and your will grows strong. When you own this silence, you walk forward with purpose, not reaction. You act with confidence, not hesitation. You decide with courage, not confusion. Silence isn't empty. It's full of power. It gives you the chance to rewrite your story with clarity instead of contradiction. It lights a path through the noise and leads you to where your focus, determination, and hope reside. So don't wait for silence to find you. Seize it. Own it. Use it. Your next level begins when you choose to turn down the volume and tune in to what really matters. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3974 Love On Purpose
Valentine's weekend invites us to think about love—the kind that fills our hearts and shapes our relationships. But far too often, we get stuck in the world's limited view of love: conditional, transactional, and filtered through our own failures and insecurities. God's love, however, breaks every mold. His love is unconditional, relentless, and sees beyond our flaws. And then, He calls us to love others the same way. Love on purpose. Yet as we know, it's easy to judge others based on our own shortcomings. We carry unhealed wounds, past hurts, and false beliefs about how people should be, often measuring love by performance or appearance. But God doesn't work that way. "For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7). Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com God loves us fully—quirks, warts, mistakes, and all—and asks us to do the same for others. "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32). When we love on purpose, we love past the surface and beyond judgment. Take Off the Mask What if, this Valentine's weekend, we stopped putting conditions on who deserves our love? What if we stopped expecting others to look or act a certain way before we show them kindness? "Judge not, that you be not judged" (Matthew 7:1) challenges us to remove those filters and biases. So, take off the mask and see people as God sees them: beloved, valuable, broken, and in need of grace. "Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8). This isn't cheap love; it's a deliberate choice to meet others where they are, not where we think they should be. How Would Loving Like God Change Us? When we love unconditionally, our hearts shift. We become more patient, more compassionate, and less reactive. We stop guarding against disappointment and start embracing acceptance. "Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another" (Ephesians 4:31-32). The K.I.S.S. ~ Love on purpose! This kind of love transforms your daily interactions. Instead of reacting from a place of frustration or fear, you get to respond with generosity and hope—because God's love has already covered you, and me. Love Elevated: Beyond a Holiday With it being Valentine's Day weekend, we often focus on romantic love, but God's love reaches far wider and deeper. It invites us to love on purpose—not only those closest to us but also the overlooked, the difficult, and the imperfect. "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another" (John 13:34). Loving like God is the highest calling and the truest gift we can give. Your Next Move Challenge yourself to love without the conditions you normally set. See beyond the mask. Show up for people not because they meet your standards, but because God's love compels you. When you love on purpose, you don't just mirror God's heart—you bring His kingdom here on earth, in the way you live and love every single day. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit#CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3973 The Sweetness that Melts the Heart
When you hear "sweetness" in love, your mind probably jumps straight to chocolates, flowers, and sparkly gifts. That's the story commercials love to tell us—the more you spend, the brighter your love shines. But the sweetness that melts the heart isn't wrapped in paper or tagged with a price. It's something far rarer, deeper, and more powerful. The real sweetness comes from that raw, vulnerable place inside—the one that says, "I see you. I choose you. I cherish what's only ours." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's not about matching the world's expectations or outdoing the latest Instagram couple. It's about turning your attention from the noise, the flashy gestures, and the "should-dos" to what genuinely feeds your connection. Imagine what would happen if, instead of chasing the next big thing, you created moments only the two of you understand, moments that become a private treasure no one else can touch. The K.I.S.S. ~ Craft a private treasure! Here are three ways a spouse can craft that kind of treasure: Listen Like It's the Easiest Thing in the World Forget multitasking or half-hearing. True sweetness is showing up fully—hearing the unsaid, noticing the small shifts in tone and energy. When you listen deeply, your partner feels seen and safe. That's the kind of richness no store can provide. Create Private Rituals That Echo Your Story Instead of mimicking a checklist of date ideas, build rituals that speak to your history together. Maybe it's a Sunday morning coffee made exactly how your spouse loves it, or a secret handshake that makes only the two of you smile. These seemingly small acts become emotional investments that grow sweeter every time you share them. Speak Your Heart, Even When It's Scary Vulnerability isn't weakness—it's the ultimate form of strength. Sharing your fears, hopes, or a simple "I appreciate you" with no expectation attached builds trust and closeness. That honest connection dissolves walls and melts hearts deeper than any diamond. Life doesn't wait. Every moment you spend chasing the shiny and predictable is a moment you're not deepening the one thing money can't buy: a heart that keeps learning to love your person better. So drop the script everyone else is reading and rewrite your own. Celebrate your love with a sweetness that's not a costume or decoration, but a living, breathing bond only you two can share. That's the sweetness that melts the heart. Sweetness Beyond the Gift by Kristianne Wargo Not in wrapped boxes, ribbons tight, Nor priced tags gleaming in the light. Sweetness blooms where silence speaks, In quiet moments, between heartbeats. It's in the look, the knowing glance, The secret laugh, the stolen dance. Not found in what the world demands, But held within your trembling hands. To listen—truly, deep and slow, Where whispered truths like rivers flow. A ritual shaped by just two souls, A love that mends and quietly holds. Vulnerability, the bravest art, The naked sharing of your heart. Beyond the flash, the grand parade, In simple grace, a bond is made. So turn your eyes from worldly show, Find what only you both know— A sweetness rich, none can divide, The treasure of love found deep inside. "Be present. Be incredible. 3972 You Make My Heart So Happy!
Valentine's Day comes around each year like clockwork, bringing with it the usual swirl of red hearts, chocolates, and flowers. But for a mom, these symbols of love can sometimes feel surface-level, like they're missing the real heartbeat beneath all the glitter and sugar. Because the truth is, the kind of love that fills a mother's chest isn't wrapped up neatly in a box or tied with a bow. It's messy, wild, tender, and deeply personal. It's found in late-night cuddles, scraped knees comforted, and whispered "I love you's" that echo long after bedtime—you make my heart so happy! Your child is not just a recipient of love—they are love in motion. Every giggle, every fierce try, every moment of curiosity is a thread woven into the fabric of your heart. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com They carry a collection of unique gifts and talents that make them who they are, and these gifts deserve more than just a nod on Valentine's Day. They deserve to be seen, celebrated, and nourished in ways that build confidence and joy well beyond this single day. As a mom, you know the fierce pride that rises when you watch your child try something new or stand tall despite their fears. You feel it in the small moments—when they share their dreams, offer kindness, or reveal a spark of creativity you didn't see before. This Valentine's Day, lean into that fierce love with intention. Celebrate your child not with candy or flowers but with words and actions that honor the bouquet of talents and heartbeats they bring into your world. The kind of celebration that serves them long term, planting seeds of self-worth and happiness they'll carry through every year to come. The K.I.S.S. ~ Celebrate your child! Here's how you can honor your child's unique light this Valentine's Day—and make their heart just as happy as yours. 1. Write a Love Letter That Speaks Their Language No generic Valentine's card can compare to a letter from you that names exactly what makes your child shine. Write down the moments you saw their courage, kindness, or creativity in action. Be specific: "I loved how you stood up for your friend today," or "Your drawing made me smile because it's so full of imagination." This focused attention tells your child, "I see you—truly and deeply," and that kind of love sticks with them long term. 2. Fill a Love Jar With Affirmations They Can Reach For Anytime Every child needs a reminder they're extraordinary, especially when days feel tough. Fill a jar with little notes of praise, favorite memories, or fun challenges tied to their passions. Whether they pull out a note before a test or on a gloomy day, these bites of encouragement become a portable pep talk from their biggest fan—you. It's an ongoing celebration that keeps on giving. 3. Create a Mini Celebration Around What Makes Them Glow What activities make your child's eyes light up and their smile widen? Maybe solving puzzles, dancing, or helping around the house? Dedicate Valentine's afternoon to that passion. This choice says, "I notice what you love, and you deserve time to do it." When children feel their interests are valued, it builds confidence that outlasts any sweet treat. Valentine's Day is the perfect moment to trade the expected for the exceptional—to tell your child with actions and words that they are deeply loved for exactly who they are and what they bring into the world. Because when you celebrate your child's true gifts, you're planting seeds of pride and joy they'll carry for life. And that's when you say—you make your heart so happy. "Be present. Be incredible. 3971 You Can't Have Everything—And That's Okay!
It's all too easy to feel crushed when things don't appear to be going our way. We want immediate results with little to no effort. But the reality is, you can't have everything—and that's okay! Because if you did have everything, you'd be perfect. And that would change everything, not just for you but for the world. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Let's take a bite out of the for a hot minute. Perfection would freeze you in place, robbing you of growth, struggle, and the raw humanity that shapes your unique story. Now you might be wanting to give up that struggle, but remember, beauty comes from pressure. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your now! So let's cut the nonsense of complaining and comparing. Instead, focus on what you do have. Notice the blessings you're still creating, the work-in-progress that others often miss. See the messy, imperfect, chaotic path, and find within it your hidden treasures — the gifts you're polishing up, the diamonds in the rough only you possess. This isn't a consolation prize. It's the foundation of your one-of-a-kind masterpiece. You don't have to be flawless. You get to be real. You have to be all in on the beautiful, complicated, unfinished work of becoming exactly who you're meant to be; who you are now and who you are becoming. So stop chasing everyone else's journey. Own your journey. Build the living legacy only you can create. Because the world needs YOU! "Be present. Be incredible. Good habits don't appear overnight. They start as tiny actions that seem almost invisible at first, but over time, they compound. And the best part? When you lean into small daily wins, those good habits become your foundation. The bad habits lose their grip, fading into the background like static noise. This isn't about chasing an impossible, perfect life. It's about crafting YOUR life—step by step—so that light always breaks through, even when the darkness threatens to swallow you whole. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your now! This happens as good habits become great habits, and the bad ones fade into the past. This opens up the possibilities and opportunities where you can always see the light even though darkness looms. This is not about who you are, but whose you are. There is a bigger picture of who God created you to become. When you walk in your everyday God's way, life looks and feels different. It's never perfect, but there is always a reflection of hope on the other side. So, as we begin to look at the wellspring of your life, what can you do to build simple, intentional actions into your everyday? Own Your Morning Start How you begin your day isn't just how you wake up—it sets the tone for every single thing afterward. Taking 5 minutes to breathe, journal, or study God's Word beats scrolling on your phone first thing. Let all that craziness go. This is your chance to decide how you want to show up: Am I stepping into intentionality, or am I handing it over to distractions? You decide. Make One Choice With Purpose Each hour, ask yourself, "What choice right now moves me forward?" Maybe it's replying to that email, stepping away from distractions to focus, or drinking a glass of water instead of grabbing junk food. These small, purposeful choices build mental muscle. You gain momentum. Your results reflect your intentional actions. Reflect and Adjust Nightly Don't sleep on reflection—it's the secret weapon most miss. Spend a couple of minutes reviewing your day. What worked? What didn't? What will you drop tomorrow? This simple habit keeps you honest and agile. It wins the war on autopilot living and creates space to course correct before mistakes repeat. Here's what you need to know: You don't have to conquer the world today. But in every moment, you get to decide what you create. That adds up. Good becomes great. The past's shadows fade. And what remains is your light—steady and real. The joy that begins to grow is no longer based on your circumstances. The peace that surpasses all understanding is not because of what you've done. Create your now every day God's way. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3969 Reframe the Frame
Life is a relentless challenge. Sometimes it feels like waves crashing one after another—without a pause. If you pile on extra weight from how you see those waves crashing, you don't just face the storm; you drown in it before your day even begins. Look at your life differently; reframe the frame. Your mind doesn't just observe your reality, it creates it. The frame you choose to see your life through either traps you in frustration or frees you to act with clarity. When everything feels impossible, the difference between sinking and swimming is rewriting that frame. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com You're not some helpless victim to circumstance. Bit by bit, moment by moment, you get to reshape the lens through which you view the chaos. Reframing isn't about denying the struggle—it's about refusing to be defined by it. It's about asking, "What is truly happening here, and what can I choose to see differently right now?" Maybe your project failed, but what did it teach you? Maybe your relationships are fractured, but what part of yourself are you discovering? Maybe your energy is low, but where else can you find a spark to keep going? The K.I.S.S. ~ Reframe the frame! The masterpiece of your life unfolds every day. You hold the brush. Choose your lenses intentionally—whether they highlight wounds or windows, barriers or breakthroughs. Adjust your angle just enough to spot the silver threads hidden in the tangled mess. That's how you find the unexpected beauty buried beneath the struggle. Stop letting your default narrative write itself in misery. Reframe the frame, and suddenly, the chaos looks less like an enemy and more like your raw material. A canvas screaming for your perspective. You don't need a new life. You need a new way of seeing this one. Your move. What frame will you pick today? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3968 When Life Doesn't Go As Planned
Have you ever paused to ask yourself why the goals you once set remain out of reach? Why the plans you carefully crafted seem to unravel, leaving you stuck somewhere between disappointment and confusion? When life doesn't go as planned, the fallout can feel like a long, harsh fall—so disorienting that figuring out the next step seems impossible. And yet, we cling to that single burning desire: to push through and reclaim the path we envisioned. Life rarely bends to our will. Our decisions set a chain of actions in motion, but outcomes depend on factors both within and beyond our control. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Success or failure isn't just about the choices you make—it's about how you respond when those choices don't deliver the results you aimed for. So, what do you do when things don't pan out? Do you stew in frustration, letting the weight of unmet expectations crush your momentum? Do you quit and move on, chalking the experience up as a loss? Or do you pause long enough to reflect, recalibrate, and then lean back in with fresh resolve? Urgency and looming deadlines can pressure us into rushing through setbacks. It's tempting to sweep failures under the rug and act like they never happened. But life is too short—and your dreams too important—for surface-level fixes. Sometimes, you need to stop right there. Take time to rest. To think. To shift your mindset away from obsessing over the outcome and toward valuing your efforts. Why efforts? Because results can feel like fickle markers of worth. They don't always reflect your hustle, learning, or growth. When you hold tight to your efforts rather than clutching desperately to a specific result, you build resilience. You turn failure into fuel. The K.I.S.S. ~ Turn failure into fuel! And you know that isn't done by quitting. You must hold on to determination and diligence. Here are three straightforward strategies to hold onto determination and diligence—no matter what life throws at you: Pause and Assess: Take a deliberate breath. Acknowledge what went wrong without judgment. This moment of clarity helps you understand your decisions and their impact, so your next action is smarter, not just reactionary. Reframe Failure: Look at failure as a signpost, not a dead-end. It's feedback—valuable data on what didn't work, where the gaps are, and what you can do differently. This mindset reduces fear and opens room for growth. Commit to Consistent Action: Show up every day and chip away at your goals, regardless of setbacks. Determination isn't about giant leaps; it's about faithful persistence. No one reaches greatness overnight. Remember, success isn't a straight line. It's a messy path filled with choices that sometimes lead to stumbles. But those stumbles don't have to define you or your journey. They can teach you, sharpen you, and set you up for an even stronger comeback. So hang tight. Stay focused on the effort you pour in daily, not just the scoreboard. Your next move is ready and waiting—one step at a time. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." — Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
