3814 The Score Does Not Matter

In a world obsessed with metrics, likes, followers, promotions, or dollar signs, it's easy to get trapped measuring your worth by numbers you don't control. But here's the truth no one tells you loud enough: The score does not matter; the win does. What's the difference? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The score is the snapshot of progress, often shallow and fleeting—the social proof, the paycheck, the applause. The win is the deep-rooted success that comes from showing up, breaking your limits, and moving forward even when the scoreboard reads zero. It's your transformation lived out, not just counted. At some point, you face a choice: will you let setbacks and scores define you, or will you respond deliberately to build the life you crave? Because if you don't steer that ship, habit takes over—and your habits are often the invisible blockers holding you back from everything you want. Forget the numbers. Do what it takes to win. The K.I.S.S. ~ Do what it takes to win! Did you watch the NFL game on Sunday night with the Baltimore Ravens and the Buffalo Bills? Sixteen points were put on the board in 4 minutes!! Crazy? YES!! If you weren't one who watched the game and someone just told you who won, it wouldn't matter. But if you watched the game only to see that the Ravens were winning until these sixteen points were made in 4 minutes, you would be amazed at the final score, 40 to 41. The Buffalo Bills won!! Here are three powerful moves to stop focusing on the score and start winning every single day. 1. Shift Your Mindset: Prioritize Progress Over Perfection Winning starts in the mind. When you're obsessed with the "score," you're chasing perfection or external validation. Instead, pivot to valuing consistent progress—even if it looks messy or feels slow. What this looks like: Imagine a woman entrepreneur launching her first online coaching program. The number of sign-ups—or lack thereof on launch day—might sting. But if she measures success only by immediate sales, she's dead in the water. Instead, she celebrates every lesson learned, every connection made, every imperfect new step. She invests in refining her offer, keeps creating, and follows up with prospects. Over time, that relentless progress builds a business, even if the "score" doesn't reflect it at first. This mindset frees you to do the work without being shackled to instant results. It's the discomfort of a small daily win that stacks up into something unstoppable. 2. Build Grit: Do the Hard Work Nobody Sees Nobody ever wins by skipping the grind. If you want your dream, you need to commit to the unseen, unspectacular hard work that builds muscle, skill, and resilience. Real-life example: Consider a woman training for a marathon while juggling a full-time job and parenting. She could look at her slow pace or missed runs as a "score" failure. But true winning is in the decision to run the next mile no matter what fatigue or doubt tells her. It's in the quiet mornings she sacrifices, the sore muscles she pushes through, and the commitment to her why—even when no one's watching. Grit means you stop waiting for everything to be perfect and start doing the hard stuff anyway. That's what creates breakthroughs. 3. Let Go of Comparison: Own Your Unique Journey When you're hooked on the scoreboard, you're playing someone else's game. Social media intensifies this trap, teasing you with everyone else's highlight reels. But winning means owning that you are on your own path with your own terrain, speed, and wins. Example: A woman climbing the corporate ladder might see peers getting promoted faster or praised louder. She can waste energy feeling behind or "not enough" — or she can double down on her distinct strengths, build relationships that matter, and stretch in ways aligned with her values—even if it looks slower or less flashy. By releasing comparison, you reclaim your focus and energy for what actually moves you toward your dream. The Bottom Line: Do Whatever It Takes to Win — Not to Score Life's measurement isn't in numbers—it's in your courage to act despite uncertainty, your grit when no one's applauding, and your commitment to your unique vision. The scoreboard is a side effect. The win is the prize. 1 Corinthians 9:24 (NIV): "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize." It captures that sense of intentional effort and focus on the true win—not just running aimlessly but pursuing your goal with purpose. Do whatever it takes to win. So, stop feeding your doubt with the scoreboard's noise. Start feeding your momentum with actions that matter. Now is the time to play to win. Not to impress. Not to tally points. To win on your own terms—create your now. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3813 The Wait Is Over

Walking in step with God isn't just a stroll in the park—it's a gritty, often grueling journey that challenges your patience more than the external chaos of the world. The hardest part isn't what comes at us from outside, but wrestling with the timing of God's plan. The truth is, God has already prepared a way before you. He has a place destined for you. But here's the catch: So when He knows you are ready, the wait is over. We know the feeling all too well. A dream seeds itself deep inside, and you see the vision crystal clear—a powerful calling, a life meant for more. Yet, why aren't all the pieces falling into place immediately? Why is the path littered with delays, detours, and moments where it feels like you're stuck rather than sprinting toward your destiny? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The struggle isn't about faith or desire. It's the trap of running ahead of God. Scripture puts it plainly in Ecclesiastes 3:1 (ESV): "For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven." When you rush, thinking you can cut the corners God has set, the natural consequence is a slowdown. It's like trying to sprint a marathon—it burns you out, and the finish line remains just out of reach. Consider the story of Joseph in Genesis 37-50. Joseph had big dreams, visions given to him by God, but his journey wasn't an instant triumph. He was sold into slavery, falsely accused, imprisoned—far from the throne he was destined to occupy. Yet, God's perfect timing was at work behind the scenes. Joseph's "wait" was necessary preparation. When his time came, he walked out of prison not as a broken man, but as Egypt's second-in-command, ready to save nations during famine. Does that sound like wasted time? Hardly. Joseph's years of waiting were a training ground—an essential chapter before the "now" arrived. You might feel that your progress is a loop: one step forward, two steps back. But look deeper. Remember 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV): "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." The starting point today isn't the same as it was when you first heard your calling. You're stronger, wiser, and more equipped—though you might not see it yet. The wait isn't a punishment; it's God's refining fire. And when the wait is over, make no mistake—it is time. Ecclesiastes 11:4 (NIV) warns: "Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap." When the moment comes, don't hesitate. Move forward with faith, trusting that God knew exactly when you'd be ready. The K.I.S.S. ~ The wait is over! It's your time to create your now. Maybe you're wondering how to know when the waiting season ends. Watch for the doors God opens—sometimes unexpectedly—and the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). When God's timing is right, the path seems to open with clarity. The prophet Isaiah encouraged: "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?" (Isaiah 43:18-19, NIV). That's your cue. The wait has ended. The new thing God is doing is breaking through. Your next move? Step boldly into your calling. The wait isn't wasted; it's your foundation. Your story isn't stuck, it's in preparation. Now it's time to run—not ahead of God—but alongside Him with confidence. Remember the wisdom in Psalm 37:23-24 (ESV): "The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the Lord upholds his hand." God is holding your hand, steadying you through every challenge, every delay. When the wait is over, He won't just let go—He'll propel you forward on the path He prepared. The wait is over. Your moment is now. Walk boldly in the purpose God has meticulously designed for you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3812 Remember What You Forgot

Wouldn't it be something—waking up tomorrow and seeing your spouse with the same excitement and admiration you had when you were dating? That feeling you had when you first said "I do" wasn't accidental. Something real, compelling, and valuable caught your attention—remember what you forgot. Let's be honest: daily life grinds us down. The demands of jobs, kids, bills, and endless distractions dull the sparkle in any relationship. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We get stuck expecting love to always feel fresh and viral, like a trending headline or social media moment. But even the most public couples—think Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift—have to put in consistent effort, commitment, and intention to keep the flame burning. They gotta shake it off, the attention they get and focus on each other. If you remembered what you forgot, how would your conversations shift? How would your moods change when you look at your spouse not just as "the person I live with," but as the incredible human who captured your heart? You must commit to remembering! The K.I.S.S. ~ Commit to remembering! Here are three powerful ways to expose what might be forgotten, so you can see the beauty waiting in your everyday love: Revisit Your Origin Story Go back to the beginning—the moments, the stories, and the feelings that first attracted you to each other. Share memories with your spouse that remind you both why you chose one another. This isn't a nostalgia trip; it's a way to reconnect with the genuine qualities that made your love compelling and real. When you activate those original emotions, you reawaken appreciation and curiosity. Celebrate Small Wins and Daily Acts You don't need grand gestures every day to feel loved and valued. Notice the simple things your spouse does—the way they make coffee, listen after a long day, or handle challenges with grace. Point these out and express gratitude openly. Acknowledging everyday kindness shifts the narrative from taking each other for granted to actively seeing each other's efforts. Create Intentional Moments of Presence Turn off distractions and focus fully on your spouse for even a few minutes a day. Share a meal, a walk, or just a conversation without phones or TV stealing attention. Being fully present reminds you that love isn't just a feeling; it's an action that requires your participation. Presence cultivates connection and builds new memories that rival the old ones. No marriage stays perfect without work—there's no secret "love hacks" that erase effort or commitment. But if you commit to remembering what you forgot about your spouse and your relationship, you'll start to see love's beauty right where it lives: in the intentional choice to value, respect, and engage with the one who said yes to you. So, stop waiting for love's magic to go viral again. Start making it happen today—there's no better time than now to remember what you forgot. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3811 Speak Your Child's Language

Talking to your child like you do your friends or spouse isn't going to cut it. Kids aren't little adults—they process, feel, and need communication on completely different levels. If you want them to truly hear and respond, you have to speak your child's language. Parenting isn't about one-size-fits-all advice. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's about tuning in to who your child is and meeting them where they are, head-on, heart-first, and in ways that make sense to them. And all this comes from the parent willing to play the point. The K.I.S.S. ~ Play the point! A parent who raises a child well is looking at what their individual child needs and play the point for them, not for anyone else. Here are three concrete moves you can make to play the point—to respond to your child in a way that lands, sticks, and actually fuels connection and growth. 1. Get Clear on Their Emotional Tune Children don't just need words—they need emotional resonance. What's going on below the surface? Fear, excitement, confusion, or frustration? You can't slap on a generic "calm down" or "be good" and expect them to get it. Instead, acknowledge what they're feeling explicitly. From a parent's side, that looks like: Observing the child's energy and mood first before jumping to fix or instruct. Saying something like, "I see you're really upset right now. That's okay. I'm here." Validating their emotional 'weather' so they feel understood, not dismissed. This isn't coddling or weakness—it's the foundation for any communication to be heard and trusted. 2. Use Their Developmental Code Each child is wired differently, and their brain is scanning the world uniquely based on age and personality. What makes sense to a 3-year-old bombarding you with "why?" will pitch differently to your 10-year-old or teenager. Speak in phrases and methods that line up with their stage—simpler explanations, concrete examples, or giving space to think. From a parent's side, that looks like: Breaking down complex concepts into bite-sized, relatable chunks. Using stories, analogies, or visuals tailored to their understanding. Matching your tone and energy to their level, not just your own agenda. Trying to explain long reasoning to a toddler? You'll lose them. Adjust your communication like a pro DJ adjusting volume and tempo to the crowd. 3. Create Intentional Feedback Loops This one's where many parents slip. You say something, but how do you know they got it? Kids rarely just nod and say "got it." You need to check in, invite their voice, and reflect back what you hear. That shows respect for their perspective and reveals where you might need to clarify or pivot. From a parent's side, that looks like: Pausing and asking, "How do you feel about that?" or "What do you think we can do next?" Encouraging questions without judgment or rushing. Repeating or rephrasing their response to confirm understanding. When your child feels safe to express themselves, communication becomes a two-way exchange, not a one-sided lecture. Parenting Isn't One-Size-Fits-All — It's Precision Work Parenting doesn't have to be exhausting or confusing once you stop trying to talk at your child the same way you do at adults. Instead, show up with specificity—knowing the unique wiring, feelings, and needs of the child in front of you right now. When you speak your child's language emotionally and developmentally, and you check in to make sure the message lands, you're not just giving orders or advice—you're building trust, understanding, and a real relationship. That's how parenting stops being hard and starts being something powerful, clear, and effective. Remember: Each child is a different conversation. Play the point—tailor your approach—and watch them listen, respond, and grow right before your eyes. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3810 Storms Don't Last Forever

There's a moment — or maybe many moments — when the weight of everything crashing around you makes quitting feel like the only choice. Life isn't just busy; it's chaotic. The lists feel endless, people demand your time, and your energy is running on fumes. Then you wonder: "Is it really worth it? Does any of this actually make a difference?" But storms don't last forever. Because when the storms hit and life spins out of control, what you are doing now — your hustle, your passion project, your business — becomes your secret weapon. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's the anchor in the storm. It's the reason you wake up despite the exhaustion. Because what you're doing isn't just about you. It's about purpose. It's about impact. It's about doing the thing others aren't willing to stick with. You might not see the results today. You might feel invisible, overwhelmed, or unheard. But the ripple effect of your consistent effort, sweat, and grit is happening whether you notice or not. The emails you send, the content you create, the clients you help, the stranger you see — none of it is pointless. Each step builds on the last, even in the chaos. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Storms don't last forever! And that's why you need to keep going. That might mean you are treading water, barely staying afloat. Yet, always remember you are a living legacy, building a legacy in real time. Success isn't overnight. It's a grind and takes grit. Every small decision, every late night, every tough conversation is laying the foundation for something bigger. The quiet efforts stack up, and one day, without fanfare, you'll realize the miles of greatness you've traveled. And I want you to consider this: Quitting guarantees zero change, and feeling overwhelmed is temporary. Giving up is forever. When you quit, you rob yourself of the chance to prove to you — and the world you touch — that you can endure, adapt, and come back stronger. There's more power in stubborn persistence than in perfectly-timed breaks; it's called resilience and determination. Remember, you inspire more than yourself. Your drive isn't just a personal battle. It's lighting a path for others stuck in their own chaos. Whether you see it or not, you're sowing hope. People look to those who refuse to quit when their own motivation falters. Your journey is a lifeline; a living legacy! So what now? Stop searching for massive motivation. There isn't always lightning in a bottle. Instead, lean into discipline. Show up and chip away. Break your day down into bite-sized wins. Celebrate the small victories that remind you: This matters. If the noise in your mind says, "I can't," counter it with, "I must." Not because it's easy, but because it's essential. Your work, your effort — it matters far more than the chaos trying to drown it out. Storms don't last forever, but the road you're paving does. 3809 Sweatpants and Self-Control

There are days when control feels like an illusion, and the sweatpants aren't just comfort, they're a retreat. But with fall looming—complete with its cozy vibes, comfort food temptations, and shorter daylight hours—it's easy to let self-control crash right along with your energy. How do you balance wearing your sweatpants and self-control? Because all too often, one goes hand in hand with the other. If you are feeling like wearing sweatpants, you're usually not strutting your way into the gym. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Instead, you are getting comfortable with what feels good in the moment. And what is that for you now? How do you feel when you put on your sweatpants? THINK: What if you could live in your sweatpants, binge your favorite show, cheer at the game, and still feel good? Who really wants to hide behind their clothes or curse their choices afterward? Imagine the confidence of sitting comfortably, knowing you've got your health on track, not off the rails. How would that make you feel? I recall a time over a decade ago when I was in the best shape of my life. New Year's came around, and everyone else was posting and talking about how much work they needed to put in. But for me, I was exactly where I wanted to be. Do you have that feeling now? Maybe you are or maybe you're not. Either way, think about how you can make someday today! The K.I.S.S. ~ Make someday today! This does not have to be a someday dream, it can be a right now reality. Here are three straightforward moves for this fall: sweatpants and self-control. 1. Move With Purpose—Even When It's Chilly Outside "I'm too cold" or "It's too dark" are excuses that slow you—and your metabolism. Fall's crisp air is actually a metabolism booster if you get moving. A 20-minute brisk walk or light jog outdoors wakes your body up, burns calories, and resets your mood better than any pumpkin latte ever could. Daily health impact: Moving daily cuts the fog, boosts your energy, and helps regulate appetite. When you're intentional about even a little movement, you fight off sluggishness and won't fall prey to mindless snacking. What small movement can I commit to today that feels doable, no matter the weather? How does my body feel after I spend 20 minutes moving outside versus staying inside all day? What excuse am I telling myself, and what's a quick way to flip it into action? 2. Befriend Seasonal Whole Foods, Not Just the Pumpkin Spice Yes, pie and lattes rock your world in fall. But swap out empty calories for squash, apples, Brussels sprouts, and nuts. These foods stabilize blood sugar and keep cravings at bay, so you don't find yourself eating out of boredom or mood. Daily health impact: Eating nutrient-packed food fuels your body longer and nourishes your brain. You'll find yourself less drained and less desperate for quick fixes that pack on pounds. Which one seasonal whole food can I add to my meals this week that will nourish me? How do I usually feel after reaching for comfort foods—do they satisfy me or leave me wanting more? What if I tried swapping just one sugary treat for a natural fruit or veggie this fall? 3. Set Micro-Goals That Build Self-Control Muscle Forget "lose 20 pounds by December." That's a fast track to frustration. Make your goals tiny and doable—like drinking a glass of water before each snack or committing to 3 workouts a week. Micro-wins build confidence and self-discipline, the real engine behind self-control. Daily health impact: Small victories spark positive brain chemicals, reducing stress and emotional eating triggers. You'll build momentum that keeps you on track without burning out. What is one tiny goal I can set today that feels easy enough but challenges my habits? How will I celebrate or reward myself for hitting a micro-goal, so I stay motivated? What negative thought do I need to replace with a positive action to build my self-control? Here's the truth: Your sweatpants can be a symbol of comfort without being a cage for your health. Fall doesn't have to be the season you give up, it can be the season you take control—even if the world feels upside down. Get moving. Eat smart. Win small. These simple moves create a ripple effect on your health, mood, and self-respect. When you do what matters now, you trade regrets for real joy—and wear those sweatpants with pride, not shame. Ready to make this fall the one where your self-control matches your comfort? Let's do this. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3808 Never Give Up!

Life hits hard. It doesn't ask for your permission before throwing curveballs from every direction. The distractions? They pile up, clutter your mind, and drain your focus. Instead of pushing you forward, they pull you back—making the grind feel heavier, the goal farther, and the dream dimmer. Never give up! None of that stuff—the scores on your test, your business's ups and downs, the wins or stumbles of your family, or those parts of your life that aren't working—matters as much as you think in the moment. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com What matters is how you respond. You can rise above it all. You can get up, day after day, sweat and all, and keep moving forward when everything inside screams to quit. The catch? It's not pretty. You need to be willing to absorb the CRAP life throws your way—the challenges, the rejections, the adversities, the problems. That takes grit. Real grit. Knowing that better days aren't a maybe—they're a when. The K.I.S.S. ~ Never give up! Don't waste your energy on the noise that tries to distract or discourage you. Don't let the failures convince you to fold. Don't bail when the easy route calls your name. Everyone else might quit, but you? Stick it out. Stay in the game. Push through when it feels like you're empty. Because here's the thing: the people who never give up aren't superheroes. They're just the ones who decide to keep showing up even when it hurts, even when it's unfair, even when the odds look stacked against them. So, lock in. Focus on the grind, what you can control. Keep your eyes on what you want to build. Take the hits. Absorb the CRAP. Then punch back harder. Never. Give. Up. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3807 What Traditions Are You Building In Your Mind?

Your mindset isn't just a random collection of thoughts. It's the sum of your past experiences, your values, and the habits you've stitched together over time. In essence, it's where your mental traditions begin. These are the patterns, rituals, and thought loops you come back to—not necessarily because they serve you, but often because they feel comfortable. So what traditions are you building in your mind? And more importantly, are those traditions helping or holding you back? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We usually think of traditions as external — holiday dinners, sports seasons, family routines. For example, many people mark the start of fall by embracing school routines and football games, tying those experiences to food, celebration, or shopping for new "outer body" looks to boost confidence. These outward traditions, though sometimes seen as trivial, connect us to deeper feelings and meaning within. But let's flip the script. Inwardly, our minds are creating traditions too, often unconscious ones. Maybe it's a habit of doubting yourself whenever a challenge arises. Maybe you've developed a tradition of procrastination that feels safe because it shields you from failure. Or you hold onto limiting beliefs handed down from past experiences that keep you stuck. These mental traditions can be much harder to spot because they wear the mask of normalcy. The K.I.S.S. ~ Rewrite your mental rituals! Here's the hard truth: not all mental traditions serve you. Some are mental ruts that keep you small, making it challenging to grow into who you're meant to be. But the good news? You have that power to rewrite the mental rituals you live by. You get to decide what traditions you want to honor and which ones you're ready to let go. Change your mental traditions looks like this: Recognize: Identify what mental traditions you're currently practicing. What thought patterns or habits do you repeat without questioning? Are they pushing you forward, or holding you back? Evaluate: Be honest about how those traditions affect your mindset and progress. Do they build your confidence or tear it down? Do they bring clarity or confusion? Are they aligned with who you want to become? Shift: Replace unhelpful mental traditions with new ones that serve your growth. This could mean adopting daily gratitude practices, questioning negative self-talk, or establishing a simple morning ritual to begin your day on your own terms. Life doesn't have to be a constant battle. You don't have to force change through brute willpower or endless hustle. "The key to greatness is in the quiet, deliberate work of changing what you allow to become a routine in your mind." ~ Kristianne Wargo So, what traditions are you building in your mind right now? Are they helping you become who you're created to be — or are they the invisible chains keeping you stuck? Are they adding to your life or subtracting all that matters? Take a moment to figure it out, because your next mental tradition could be the one that finally sets you free. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3806 Take God Home

If you're standing at a crossroads, wondering what's next in your life, there's a reality waiting for you that's both deeply simple and radically life-changing: God isn't meant to be reserved for Sundays, sermons, or religious rituals. He's meant for every moment, every decision, every breath you take. It's time to take God home—to invite Him beyond the sanctuary walls and into the everyday spaces of your life. This idea isn't new; it's rooted in a powerful story from the book of Acts. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Paul and Silas were locked away in prison, shackled and silenced. Yet their faith was alive—they prayed and sang through the night. Suddenly, the walls shook in an earthquake, the prison doors flung open, and every chain fell off. The jailer, terrified that the prisoners had escaped and facing the weight of his failure, prepared to end his own life. But Paul called out to stop him. Instead of punishment, Paul offered hope: "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household." (Acts 16:31) The K.I.S.S. ~ Take God home! This jailer's question echoes through time: "What must I do to be saved? How can I know this God?" The answer is simple but profound—not just to believe, but to live with God. Not just to meet Him in church, but to take God home. God doesn't just show up when it's convenient or when the week demands it. He desires your full surrender—not a compartmentalized life that worships on Sunday and wanders the rest of the week. To take God home means embracing Him in your routine, with intention and heart, in the messy and mundane chapters of your story. It requires an attitude of unwavering trust, daily commitment, and a willingness to walk every step with Him. It's about doing life with God, not just attending life around Him. If you're searching for direction, purpose, or peace, start here: create your now as you take God home. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3805 Love Requires Intention

The headline buzz this week—the engagement of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Two high-profile lives weaving their love story amid the noise, judgment, and relentless spotlight. It makes you wonder: Do you have a love so deep, so intentional, that it stands strong no matter the chatter or rumors swirling around, no matter what the world says? Love requires intention. Unconditional love doesn't look the same for every couple. Some show it in quiet daily acts; others in grand gestures. But what matters most is cultivating a love that's more alive today than it was yesterday. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So, what are you doing to deepen your love now—not someday? Intentionality is the backbone of any marriage that seeks to thrive beyond surface-level affection. Without it, life's demands — work, kids, social obligations — crowd out the moments that truly matter. You don't just hope love happens; you make space for it to happen. You schedule date nights. You carve out time, even when it feels like the clock is against you. Because love left to chance gets buried under the day-to-day noise. Seeing that kind of love reflected in other couples, like Travis and Taylor, often triggers jealousy. And if you're honest, maybe even some envy or insecurity. Here's the blunt truth: Talking behind backs does nothing except plant weeds in your own garden. Instead, channel that energy into building your marriage with intention and heart. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build your marriage with intention and heart! So, let's cut through the fluff and get tactical. What are three concrete actions a spouse can take to love unconditionally while showing up deliberately and being intentional every day? 1. Own Your Presence — Be All In When You're Together Unconditional love demands your full attention. Put down the phone. Shut the laptop. When you're with your spouse, be there. Listen. Look into their eyes. Ask—not assume—what they need emotionally in that moment. Presence says louder than any grand gesture: "You matter. Our connection matters." 2. Speak Love in Their Language, Not Yours We often express love based on how we want to receive it, but your spouse has their own love language. Think about the Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. Whether it's words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, physical touch, or gifts, discover what fills your spouse's emotional tank and intentionally pour into that. This is not guessing—this is paying attention, being aware, and showing up intentionally on purpose. 3. Choose Forgiveness Over Grudge Holding Unconditional love isn't blind; it's willing to extend grace. Holding onto offenses—big or small—builds walls, not bridges. Commit to forgiveness as a daily practice. This isn't easy, but love that lasts doesn't keep score as it does on the football field or tennis courts. It chooses to release, reset, and rebound by continuing to move forward united—this is us. Bottom Line Unconditional love isn't some magical fairy tale, like it appears to be for Travis and Taylor. It's a deliberate choice made over and over again, just as they chose each other every day, whether at her concert, at his games, a night on the town, or at home. It's showing up when you're exhausted. It's forgiving when you're hurt. It's listening when you're distracted. It's making time when you feel there's none left. It might not shout from the rooftops like celebrity engagements, but it's far more powerful. So ask yourself: What is my move today to love deeper, show up more fully, and build a marriage that no rumor, judgment, or distraction can shake? Your love is worth that fight. Now, fight for it with intention. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
