We all experience consciousness. But, can any of us be sure of what it is, where it comes from, and where it goes?Philosophers and scientists have wrestled with this question for hundreds of years. It's confused some so much that they've thrown up their hands and declared consciousness is an illusion. Ironic since the only thing we know for sure is that we are conscious, everything and anything else could be an illusion. Our brains filter out most of what is around us. They interpret everything else and often give us false information.In this episode, I give my thoughts on what consciousness is.
