The Flyers played the Oilers back on October 27 to a 5-3 win, back before we knew exactly what this season would turn into. Before the pain began. It was the Oilers' first loss of the season and since then it's been a bit of a roller coaster up in Alberta, with coaches being fired, players being signed, goalies being Mike Smith... but even with the struggles, they still have Connor McDavid. The St. Louis Blues, currently sitting third overall in the Central division, continue to be a sneaky good hockey team that can be very tough to beat. Not impossible, though. A questionable defense, a goalie in a big-time slump, and a tendency to play down to their competition leave the Blues ripe for an upset loss to a team like ours.
