Tyson Foerster broke a 1-1 tie late in the second period with his 15th goal of the season, and followed it up with a goal off a penalty shot 45 seconds later to give the Flyers a 3-1 lead as the middle frame came to a close.Philadelphia outshot Ottawa 19-4 in the first period, but came up short on 3 power play opportunities leaving the door opened for the Senators to get back in it, which they did with an early Vladimir Tarasenko goal in the second.
