Today’s episode is with Ashley Mann. Ashley runs RV Inspiration, which is a blog focused on RV decor ideas and inspiration, among other useful advice. She started the blog back in 2017 and it’s now providing a full-time income for her as she travels with her husband Josiah in their fifth wheel. On today’s episode, I’m interviewing a dear friend of ours named Dr. Samantha, author of the book "Overcoming Overwhelm". Alyssa and I met Dr. Samantha how we’ve met a lot of our friends over the past few years. We were passing through her city and she invited us to park our RV in her driveway. Even though we just stayed a few days together, there have been so many things that Dr. Samantha shared with us that have stuck with me, specifically around self care and our health. While she’s not an RVer, I brought her onto the podcast because she specializes in the area of overcoming the feeling of overwhelm and she works with many entrepreneurs. On this episode, I'm interviewing Chuck and Michelle from the Status Crowes. We first met them a few years ago at our first RV Entrepreneur Summit and since then they have hit the road full-time in an RV and booked shows all across the country. How to make money as a musician on the road is a topic that pops up sometimes in our Facebook group, so I knew Chuck and Michelle would be the perfect people to speak on this subject and offer advice to other musicians.

In this podcast episode, I bring Alyssa on the podcast to talk through how we changed up our process for setting goals in 2019. We struggled more this year than any other year to set goals and establish a direction for the next 12 months—namely since we are currently in one place instead of traveling full-time and have the big uncertainty of our daughter coming this spring.

On today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Chad Davis, who is one of the co-founders of LiveCA, a 100% remote accounting firm with around 60 employees. When Chad and his business partner started LiveCA, it was not actually legal to operate his kind of business without a physical address, but instead of deciding against this type of business, he worked with the government agency in charge and actually helped them remake the law.

In today's episode I'm interviewing my friends Marc and Alloweta. Marc and Allowetta have been married for 35 years and running a business together for 13 years, so I really wanted to talk to them about working with your spouse. They've gone through a lot of the hurdles that young couples starting a business go through and they are just a huge wealth of knowledge on this subject. In fact, they've even started a project called Married to Business to help couples succeed at working and living together.

Today’s episode is with my friend Kathryn Cockrell. Kathryn started Happy Hound Pet Sitting at the age of 15. For several years she ran her pet sitting business in her parents’ house until they finally had enough of dogs barking and told her she needed to come up with a new solution, which she then turned to going to clients homes to pet sit for them while they were away.

Today’s episode is with Kenny and Sabrina from Moving Forward Adventures. Before hitting the road last year Kenny was the owner of a vending machine business and Sabrina was a doctor. As a new doctor, Sabrina was working crazy, crazy hours and barely had any time to spend with Kenny. So she decided to quit her full time job and become a locum tenens doctor, which is kind of like a substitute teacher… but as a doctor (or at least the way I understand it).

In this episode, Alyssa and I reflect on 2018 and talk about the things that went well, the things that didn't go well, and the things that weren't good or bad, so weren't calling them "meh". It's one of our favorite things to do for a few reasons, namely to put the past year behind us and start looking toward the new year with a fresh mind. Because you can't set goals for the following year if you haven't yet looked honestly at yourself and your past year and thought about what needs to change for 2019
