Simplicity and Nomadism go hand in hand. Today I (Rose) have the pleasure of speaking with Steve Johnson.  Steve is a nomadic entrepreneur, computer geek, and one of the pioneers of Internet marketing. He and his wife Sash produce and manage numerous websites, including Boondocker's Bible, an online guide to boondocking. They also run Choctaw Websites, which helps small businesses find their target audience through effective branding, creative advertising, and hitting the right marketing channels. Steve began his full time nomadic lifestyle sixteen years ago on a motorcycle, all while keeping his website business going on the road!  Five years ago, he and his wife Sash transitioned to an RV and used it as a way to connect better with their clients by personally meeting up with them on the road. Their lifestyle has taught them to focus on how little one needs to spend vs how much money one should make. They bought land in Oklahoma in 2020 as a home base for their RV and continue to travel to personally meet their clients. They take pride in their U.S. owned and operated websites. Today we have the pleasure of talking with Nikki Kirk.

I’ve been following Nikki for several years now and actually had the pleasure of having out in person at the RVE Roundtable earlier this fall.  
Nikki is a digital nomad who has traveled to 48 States in her RV since 2017. She has recently bought land and is beginning to build out a home base from the ground up.   In June of 2017, she started her Amazon selling business from the RV and in 2018, after seeing how successful and relatively easy it was to start and run, began to tell others through social media. In 2019, Nikki began creating dedicated YouTube videos to further help educate new sellers in the Retail Arbitrage model. Today, in addition to her Amazon business, she also runs a successful online teaching company, Your Selling Guide, which helps Amazon sellers in all aspects of their business so that they too can create and experience the freedoms and lifestyles they want through selling on Amazon.   Nikki is also the co-founder of the digital nomad and RV magazines, Rootless Living and RV Today.

Bryce & Nellie started documenting their adventures and hiding treasures on YouTube 6 years ago in effort to get more families adventuring together. A planned 6-month road trip turned into multiple years full-timing in an RV while adventuring all 50 states. Today we have the pleasure of talking with Todd & Sheila Konitzer. Todd and Sheila are full time RVers who have turned their travels into a successful YouTube channel and have excelled at taking that online community into the real world with in person meetups and huddles. The realization of how short life really is hit the, square in the face in 2019. After losing 2 parents within 4 months of each other, Todd and Sheila decided to sell all their possessions, leave behind their careers, family, and friends to go see the United States in an RV. In January of 2021 they took off- having never RV'd before. They left with the thought that the worst that could happen is they would hate the tight space and return home to get new jobs.
